With the exception of a small portion, the nursing staff is incompetent. And incredibly rude.Food is disgusting .

Do not leave your family member here. It is not adequately staffed ever. The food is terrible and the quality of care has gone way downhill.

Lied about calling me Lack of communication…read more Lack of support during dying process After her death they literally abandoned us. We never herd from them again. We still had equipment. We got a call from equipment company but he was only picking up 1 item but we made sure he took everything. Hospice mentioned about getting atropine to help dry up mucus because coughing was causing her pain this was on Friday she died Sunday morning without ever receiving it. The hospice doctor didn't want to order xray when she fell. Just because it may not be immediately obvious that there is a fracture or broken bone the fact that she was in pain and couldn't put pressure on it told me something is wrong. I had to ask 3x for the Xray. When they finally came to take xray she was in the nursing home for respite. The idiot nurse from the nursing home never even bothered to give her pain medication before moving her. The first picture didn't take they repositioned her and the nurse pushed down on her hip.my mother literally sobbed and sobbed and sobbed because she was in so much pain. It took the nurse from the nursing home 20min to get her some pain medication. Hospice should have been there. Hospice had all the info about when she gets up, what she is allergic to, she is an assist feed....none of this was taken care of. Every time we came food was sat in front of her and left. She was given stuff she was allergic to. She was left in one position for long periods of time. So on and so on. Respite is suppose to be a break for the family and hospice is suppose to be looking after the patient. Big joke. My mom was left alone in a room the only time someone came in was to dispense meds. I would seriously think twice before hiring this hospice company.
