My experience with Wessel Juristen did not meet my expectations. During the courtroom process, I personally felt that the representation was weak, not effective, and I left the case feeling discouraged by the outcome.
Some points I feel are important to share from my perspective:
* Courtroom representation:
In my personal view, the approach during the hearing felt weak, less effective and less assertive than I expected based on earlier discussions.
* Billing and time spent:
I had concerns about how some billed activities aligned with what I understood to be necessary for my case. This is my subjective impression, but it contributed to my overall dissatisfaction.
* Communication and expectations:
From my perspective, the communication and explanations leading up to the hearing did not reflect the actual strategy or outcome. This may simply reflect a mismatch between my expectations and the firm's approach.
* Costs and final invoice:
The final expenses were higher than I had anticipated. I recognize this may be due to the nature of legal work, but I didn't feel like they were aligned with the service I received.
* Post-case communication:
After the case concluded, I personally felt there was limited follow-up or guidance, which added to my frustration. However, they have exhibited great strength with demanding payment!
Overall, this experience left me feeling very disappointed, with higher costs, a result that I had not hoped for, and regret. I strongly recommend that potential clients ask detailed questions in advance, make sure expectations are aligned, and thoroughly discuss scope, communication style, and cost estimates before choosing any legal representative.
