Do not use All American Tree Specialist. Paid him in full to do 16 trees, 14 were completed while 2…read morewere left partially cut/uncut. He took the money and did not finish all the work. For 3 months he said he would come finish, meanwhile there still is a giant 12 foot stump in my yard and a large tree with a rope hanging from it. Also All American Tree Specialist damaged the gutters on my house, removed my fence and never reinstalled it, and destroyed my chiminea and never even told me about it. He often works by himself which can be dangerous. Final negative comment is All American Trees Specialist's failure to communicate. Can't keep his word on when he will come work. 6 times told me he would come finish the job and no showed on me. When I could get him to work, he would show up at irregular intervals, never with any prior coordination.

Do NOT trust Sunscapes company (by Albert Ybarra)…read more On May 24, 2024, the Sunscapes company visited my house to install new base trims for the porch posts. At that time, I had to leave before they finished the job due to my travel schedule. When I returned from the travel on June 7, I found that all the newly installed base trims were cracked. I reported this issue Albert Ybarra, the owner of the Sunscapes, and he said that he could come and fix that issue (I still keep his text messages). However, he has NEVER showed up. At first, I thought that he was busy with other work schedules. But he has never replied to my phone calls, voice messages, and text messages until now. He just lied. I write this review so that others do not have bad experiences like mine.

The tree was massive - well over a hundred feet tall - and there was a huge stump that remained as well, all covered in the neighboring property's kudzu. I searched on Yelp for tree companies in my area and found SG Tree Service. They responded quickly to my request with an amazingly inexpensive quote considering the size of the project. They were on time and took everything out in less than a day. (They also had the biggest chain saw I had ever seen! Lol.) Couldn't be happier with their work and would highly recommend them. Thanks so much! The area without the tree now looks huge!
