On that note, there are no walk-ins; you have to leave a deposit of $500MXP (less than $50USD) to guarantee your appointment. I got my tattoo done here by Justin Martinez who does phenomenal line work both of his design or in my case of something I came ready with to be tattooed. Be prepared to wait a bit as they are a busy place and might run late but honestly this is something you don't want to rush through anyway. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

They did charge me a deposit the first time, which I had to wire transfer from the US... but since then they have not made me do that- as I am officially a loyal customer. On my second visit, the artist, Rene, I had worked with the previous year was no longer there. From the start, I didn't get that friendly welcome I got the first time; I was seen more as a bag of money in my eyes. I got a sence that they knew who I was and I got upselled from the start. It was a simple, linear tattoo; however, I did not leave there feeling satisfied.

We travelled from our vacation in Puerto Vallarta to Mexico City specifically for this shop and we are all so happy we did! Each of us are so in love with our tattoos.
