i am asian and I needed tire repair, I drove up and was able to get the tire repair done at a reasonable price, no problemo

Came to this shop to get a new tire on 2/23/25. Majority of the customers were Hispanic, when I arrived, I was not greeted nor acknowledged by any of the staff. The one mechanic present was helping a male Hispanic customer, while assisting him, not once did he stop to assist me. However, when it was my turn, he removed my tire, then another walk in Hispanic male arrived and the mechanic stopped working on my car, and immediately began assisting the other customer without indicating he'd be back. 10 minutes passed and my car was still sitting with the tire removed and no further action taken. I kindly asked the mechanic to put my tire back on, and told him I'd patron another business where I'm treated equally.

Had a tire blowout on my trailer coming through Sacramento. Gentleman who helped me change the tire recommended the shop Arabdad Tire.we called them. They had four trailer tires in stock. I had that way to have all four changed. When I got there told me it would be $350 for a 10 ply $400 for a 12 ply per tire plus mounting mmounting, I'm not a stupid tourist that don't know the difference Big O on Folsom Boulevard and 57th St. went there got all four tires installed for under $600 and was out the door within 60 minutes. do not go to these crooks. They are definitely looking to rip you off.

The best tire shop in this area! Aranda's tire shop has the best prices! Very professional and great customer service. Aranda's has a lot of prices options on very good condition used tires. Jose happily answered all the questions I had on used and new tires. I totally recommend Aranda's tire shop!

Bought some used tires and needed to have them put on. There were two guys working there. One didn't speak much English. They charged me $25 to balance and put the two on. Service was quick and straight forward. My only gripe is, if I'm a customer choosing to spend my money in your establishment, at least greet me with a smile or be semi upbeat. They seemed a bit blah and over their work day.

As fate would have it, I took the car to the dealership for a recall and they discovered that one of the tires had a small bubble. I figured this would be the perfect opportunity to celebrate almost two years with the car by treating her to some new tires. I reached out to Chris who quoted me $1,200 (including manufacture warranty) for four thick profiled performance tires, which was $1,300 cheaper than the quote that I received from the dealer. Chris quickly placed the order for the tires and called me the next day to inform me that they had arrived. Since the establishment is generally very busy on the weekends, I decided to visit on a weekday in hopes for a quicker experience. Thankfully, there was only one car ahead of me when I arrived. Chris instructed me to pull the car into the shop and immediately began removing the tires (I'm always impressed by a hands-on owner). Less than 30 minutes later, the job was done and I was in the office checking out. As Chris implied, I can confirm that the ride quality of my car has significantly improved. I have been a customer for seven years and have referred many friends and family to the shop. If you're looking for competitive prices and exceptional customer service, I highly recommend visiting South West Tire Shop!

Honest Mechanic Alert…read more As someone who has written plenty of Yelp reviews over the years, I don't throw around praise lightly--but this shop absolutely deserves it. My entire family brings our vehicles here, and for good reason. If you can, ask for Ali. He's handled everything for us, from routine maintenance to larger repairs, and the work has consistently been solid and reliable. For context, this shop is essentially maintaining a fleet of vehicles for our family business, and they've earned that trust through honest assessments and fair pricing. I also know my way around a vehicle, so I can tell when someone is being straightforward versus trying to upsell--and I've never had that issue here. Yes, the current economy means car repairs everywhere feel a bit more expensive than they used to. But what you're paying for here is transparency, quality work, and excellent customer service--and that's hard to beat. If you're looking for a mechanic you can actually trust, this place is worth checking out.

Last week, my car's low pressure sensor went off so I dropped in for a walk in. Jared helped with free tire rotation and air refill from 29 back up to 32. He noticed my wipers needed replacement and they were able to get it done in the same go without me having to come back. This week, I found a nail in my tire so I dropped in at 8 right at opening. Jared remembered my car and helped get the tire patched at no cost. Jared was very professional both visits and I'll definitely be back. He also noticed when there was someone who came in and was waiting for 5 mins and so he called over someone else to assist them. Despite most places having the morning flood of people in line, he ensured there was no line of people standing waiting. They help you fast here!

America's Tire generally feels like a good place to purchase tires. However, based on my…read moreexperience, they need stronger technical training when it comes to alignment work. Since they're relatively new to offering alignments, I would recommend caution when using this service. We brought a vehicle in for an alignment check while purchasing new tires. The initial "before" measurements showed both front wheels at +0.15° to the right, with a steer-ahead of +0.14 to the right°. This flagged red on the machine, but every other specification, including total tie was fully within spec. For those less familiar with alignments: a condition like this typically points to one of two things, either the steering wheel is slightly off-center, or the alignment machine was not properly set up. In this case, I knew the steering wheel was centered prior to the visit. While that alone doesn't guarantee a perfect alignment, we had no drivability issues and were simply being proactive to protect our new tires. Despite this, they proceeded to perform and charge for an alignment adjustment that was not necessary. When I reviewed the printout, I explained to both the service advisor and the manager, Nick, that the adjustment wasn't justified. Instead of addressing the concern professionally, Nick engaged in a prolonged and public argument. His main position was essentially: "You trusted us to do the alignment, so why question it now?", which he repeated multiple times. This approach was unprofessional and dismissive of a legitimate technical discussion. Eventually, Nick agreed to issue a refund. He never acknowledged their error. He fully stated that that he recommends next time I stay on site for several hours next time so that I can watch them do the alignment in the open bays. After leaving the shop, the steering wheel was no longer centered. They effectively introduced the issue they were claiming to have fixed. What was particularly concerning was Nick's misunderstanding of how alignment systems actually work. While the machines themselves are precise, they still rely on proper setup and human input, especially when centering the steering wheel. The process involves visually aligning the wheel and locking it in place, which leaves room for error. To put it into perspective: they claimed the steering wheel was corrected by 0.1°. That level of deviation is nearly impossible to detect visually and would not cause tire wear. In other words, the "problem" they "corrected" was negligible, but the result was a steering wheel that was now visibly off-center. The most frustrating part of the experience was spending 15 +minutes debating with someone, Nick, who did not fully understand the system, yet was completely confident in arguing about it in front of customers. When I realized that he lacked the experience. I tried to explain to him my technical background 20 + years in the industry and I'm an industry educator. He dismissed my sharing, my technical background with him simply by stating well why didn't I just take care of the alignment then? It's actually could've been a really good moment for Nick to learn something valuable. About how alignment machine machines work and be about customer service. But now I will share my experience here. Overall: good place for tires, but I would think twice before trusting them with alignment work at this time.

I usually get my tires from Costco but it's always packed there. The pricing here is comparable so I decided to buy tires here instead since the wait isn't as bad. The service is 5/5. Everyone is nice and knowledgeable. The waiting area has about 10 comfy chairs. It might be hard to find a seat if it's packed. You can walk across the parking to Wal Mart and get some shopping done while you wait. It takes about 45 min to get your car back for a tire rotation.

The only service I watched them perform was applying tire shine and somebody put air into a couple tires. From the time they pulled it in to when he told me it was ready was easily less than 10 minutes. Keep in mind I was there for 2-3 hours waitin. I inquired with the employee who told me the car was ready about how quickly they seemed to turn it over. He replied that they were moving faster because they were 20 cars behind. Not wanting to argue with people that weren't going to provide the service in the first place I went home and consulted my photos of my front left rim that is marked. The 2 photos show the same tire and rim in the same place 6 months apart. They did not rotate my tires after my 3 hour wait. My tires are still unrotated. You don't believe me? Check the photos. I'm sorry to have to do this to them but dude lied so comfortably to my face that I'm sure they cheat people all time and that shit makes people not trust autoworkers everywhere. Plus the whole reason for shopping at Americas tire is the free rotations and service. So if that's gone be a scam then idk. Watch yo cars up there if you can't go somewhere else.
