This firm is a fraud. We were going to buy a house in Biot and Aral Notaires were supposed to be our notaries. We transferred them EUR80,000 of deposit. They were supposed to transfer the monies to the seller's notary, which they did not. When the deal didn't go through (due to the seller disappearing,) they refused to return the money to us. We are in court and they keep delaying court hearings in an effort not to have to return the deposit. We now have to investigate if they still even have the funds. read more
