The door is clearly marked with a sign. When you go in, take your shoes off and put on a pair of the slippers. Go downstairs and check in to the right.
My appointment wasn't on file for some reason, but I showed the confirmation email and I was seen right away. They ask that you take everything off except underwear, and then you put the huge pants on. They're fastened by wrapping the wide waistband over itself.
I had the feet/body/head massage which was great. Even though my and my masseuse's language skills didn't intersect, we were still able to communicate too much pressure, what felt good/what didn't, etc.
After it was over I had tea in the sitting area next to the check in desk. The wicker chairs were a little loud but comfy, and the tea wasn't too hot or too cold. They also have free wifi for customers, but I waited until my tea was finished.
My masseuse's name was Anne. She's terrific and I highly recommend her!
