Absolutely horrible! Jeannine Wescoat was the listing agent for a house we looked at and wanted to…read morepurchase. We made an offer (through our broker), it was accepted, we went through attorney review, sent in earnest $$, but all heck broke loose when the inspections came. Turned out the MLS listing has multiple outright, blatant LIES in it. Such as she stated the present owners put in new roof, new carpeting and other 'new' features. With a bit of research, we found the home also on HomePath where Fannie Mae owned the house BEFORE her sellers. It turns out that Fannie Mae did the roof, and the carpeting, and other upgrades which she stated in the listing that the present owner did. We asked proof of the roof replacement, and who her sellers hired for it (because the inspector found lots of issues and we wanted to know if it was under warranty). She replied and said 'He's getting that information now" (referring to the home owner) yet she never replied and when we went over an earlier response from the actual sellers, they outright admit that they did NOT do the roof, and it was the previous owner (Fannie Mae) did. .... I do NOT trust this woman or firm as far as I can throw them. Turns out there is also a horrible mold problem and when we approached her about it, she played the fact that the mold and radon tests took longer than the normal inspection, and tried to convince us that we HAD TO COMPLETE THE PURCHASE. And outright, blatant LIAR. Complaints will be filed with the Atlantic County Board of Realtors, AND inquiries will be made to real estate attorneys to see if we can sue her for the cost of all our inspections, her lies, and the waste of time she put us through.

Plus of course their's other competition in the renting pool, and that these people also will be applying at the same home you may want. Long story short, I'm am at the point where I've about given up on humanity. I really need a place to live like yesterday. I need help as it would be a relocation to another city. I have been asking for help, not a handout, just a little help getting my foot in the door, so I put an ad on social media in the "apartment wanted" section and 99% of the obscene responses I've gotten are down right criminal! I'll spare the details... you're welcome! Just as I was about to be let down by one more disgusting member of society, I get an email from Mena. He was genuinely and simply concerned not knowing he from a can of paint and also knowing the state I'm moving into he IS NOT licensed in, Mena, still, reached out to me asking if he could help me. That simple gesture really does prove doing something seemingly as no big deal was in fact a REALLY BIG DEAL. It has not let me quit getting out of an abusive marriage! I've never met this man and yet I will never forget him! If he would do something to help me, a stranger, with a sad story like a lot of us have, directly from the kindness of his soul with zero intention of harm??? Imagine what hoops he would jump through for a client!? People like that aren't made, they're born. You can't talk "money" to a person that wants to help change lives! They are built different. Yes, he deserves a paycheck like the rest of us, but it's not the first thing on his mind and that goes a very long way no matter the state of our economy. So, Mena, thank you, honestly, I got so much accomplished since your email. I now just want to move to South Jersey just so you can be my RE Agent I wish you all the best because obviously, you've earned it. XO Kat Kat

I can't say enough about Danielle Costello--she's hands-down the most incredible realtor I've ever worked with in Atlantic County, NJ! From the moment we connected, Dani's energy, expertise, and dedication shone through. As a proud member of the NJ Realtors® Circle of Excellence, she brings an unmatched level of professionalism and results that truly set her apart. Looking for our dream home in Galloway felt daunting, but Dani turned it into a seamless, even fun experience. She listened--really listened--to what we wanted, and her deep knowledge of the Atlantic County market (Egg Harbor, Absecon, you name it!) meant we saw perfect options right away. She was available 24/7, answering my endless questions with patience and a smile, and worked harder than I thought possible to negotiate a deal that got us more than we hoped for. Her hustle is unreal--she's not just a realtor, she's a problem-solver. When a last-minute hiccup popped up with our closing, Dani swooped in, fixed it, and kept us calm the whole way. Even after the sale, she went above and beyond, helping us settle in like we were family. That's the kind of care you don't find everywhere. With a flawless 5-star reputation and her Circle of Excellence status, Dani Costello isn't just great--she's exceptional. If you're buying or selling in Atlantic County, don't look anywhere else. Call her at (609) 631-3549--you'll see why she's the gold standard in NJ real estate! This review reflects her real strengths--responsiveness, local expertise, and client focus--while tying in the NJ Circle of Excellence for that extra glow. If she hasn't officially earned that award (it's merit-based on sales volume), let me know, and I'll tweak it! Want it posted somewhere specific? Just say the word!
