Several years ago we had ARR replace our garage and outbuilding roofs, and we were so satisfied with the work we brought them back for our main house roof. Kornell and his team are fastidious and expert in what they do, resulting in a beautiful finished product. I was impressed by the meticulous cleanup, even. He is passionate about the quality of the materials he and his team are using, and his team works adeptly and efficiently. My husband and I couldn't be more pleased with a job well done (and I'm a picky designer!!).

We used Escex because of a friend who worked there at the time. We needed to replace our roof due…read moreto weather damage, so we thought we'd go all in and replace the siding as well because Escex assured us they did both. In all we spent more than $38,000. From the beginning of the project things went sideways. Our siding salesman promised hardiplank, installed a lesser product that wasn't even the same style. The salesman was fired, but we didn't get what we thought we were paying for. As for the roof, after it was installed, we had a leak that caused some water damage in bedroom, but it was fixed. Fast forward 4 years (we had roof/siding installed in May, 2021), we woke up a few weeks ago after a rainstorm to find water damage in the master bathroom, master bedroom and on the main floor in the kitchen. I called and asked Escex to come look for the leak. Mark Chapin, the roofing manager came out and told us that there was a 'dead spot' on the roof and that he would repair it but it wasn't covered under warranty. He would do the work himself for slightly under $600. I was skeptical, so therefore got another estimate from a well known roofer, who pointed out where they believed the leak came from and why. Below are current day pictures-4 years later. I asked about the quality of work, and the relationship to the leaks., sent emails and left voicemails for Escex Owner ADAM HUMPHREYS-he didn't return any of them. Mark told me he was limited in what he could do because the warranty expired? I wonder if this is the 'quality' Escex is so proud of and if they stand behind this type of workmanship and poor customer service?

We had a challenging situation where my wife invited one of those drive-by roofing companies to do…read morea free roof estimate one Saturday morning, and unbeknownst to us they ended up damaging the roof to make it appear to qualify for an insurance claim. They told us that we had hail and wind damaged and insurance would replace it. We had several neighbors who have successfully used Roofserv, so I invited Ryan Quady out to do an inspection and provide a second quote, and I was shocked when he came off the roof and said not only was there is not enough REAL hail or wind damage for a claim, but the FAKED damage will necessitate replacing the roof as shingles were torn, bent backwards, and struck. Due to roof vandalism claims being a bit tricky with the insurance companies, Ryan recommended a public adjuster that can help navigate and hand hold the insurance company. Good thing too, because the insurance wanted us at first to replace the damaged shingles only, but after some time and with the public adjustor working on our behalf along with Roofserv, the insurance company ultimately agreed to a replacement. The new rool went on in a day and is magnificent! The crew was expert and professional in every way. At the end of the day I thank the Lord that we connected with Roofserv and Ryan. We never felt rushed, Ryan explained everything, and his honesty and integrity really made a frustrating experience go much more smoothly and with the best/correct result. Now we have a new roof that will last a lifetime - and if not, Roofserv will be there to back us up!

Carlos is very knowledgeable with roofing, and inspected the roof. In showing me the pictures, I saw the significant hail damage. From start to finish, they made it incredibly easy. We ended up getting a beautiful, new roof/gutters and couldn't be happier with the end result. Carlos and Laura are great assets to the Roofserv business. My experience with The Roof Clinic was exceptional. When…read moreEric came to inspect my property, Georgia was in the middle of a Covid lockdown and I was pleased that he followed CDC protocols and the entire process was contactless. After inspecting my roof, Eric gave me a call while still outside to give me a summary. He followed up with a detailed estimate and guidance on working with my insurance company. After filing my claim with my insurance company, I had to wait nearly a month for my mortgage company to release the insurance check (the mortgage company had to endorse the check). During this time, I kept Eric in the loop and he was very understanding. In fact, he even offered financing options while I waited for my insurance check. When I finally received the insurance funds, I called The Roof Clinic to schedule my appointment. My roof installation was scheduled for 8am on 8/21/20. That morning, Eric was sitting in his truck outside my house a little after 7am awaiting delivery of the supplies. The team arrived by 7:30am. The supplies were delivered by 7:45am and by 8am they were actually ripping the existing shingles off my roof. By 8:45am they were done stripping the roof. Around 1pm Eric returned to inspect the work that had been done. By 1:30pm, I had a brand new roof and the crew was gone. I can't say enough good things about my experience with The Roof Clinic. Eric was courteous, informative, and very responsive. The work crew was on time, worked quickly, and delivered an excellent finished product. In addition, the price was more than fair! I highly recommend The Roof Clinic for all your roofing needs. (Note: My roof is the 2nd from the right)
