More than having my complete confidence at this facility, I am now being provided a comprehensive and easy to understand (including references and definitions) of my condition within a few days of my appointment. This being a complete surprise, I reveled in the fact I had at my fingertips a complete report with images and diagrams showing me exactly what my physician would be looking at and discussing with me at a near future appointmen. Thank you Touchstone for introducing this new approach of education for your patient, it will allow me time to digest and prepare much better for a more productive discussion when meeting with my physician. Was told they would send a note back to nurse. After an hour (it was now 4:30) I called and asked if I needed to go somewhere else since they stop testing at 4. Her reply - well you didn't say you were sitting here. What?!! I said you told me to be here by 4 and maybe you should ask when someone calls and says that! Note on door says to call and not come in if you have symptoms. If you call don't forget to say "I'm sitting in my car" because they will let you sit there for hours if you don't. Or maybe next time I'll just walk right in! Except there will not be a next time. Never.
