Usually there is someone at the ticket booth to see you a ticket to enter, adult fee was 6CHF. I bought a ticket from the ticket machine and then you have to scan it and go through the turnstile to enter. Women enter via the ladies locker room, etc. When you go in, you will see that you are required to shower, with your swimsuit on, before you enter the pool area, then you must clean your feet as well with the shower things for your feet, they also include a disinfectant....for me this was fabulous since I have a real problem with European showering habits. It was the cleanest locker room/pool area I have ever been to. The pool has a big indoor pool , outdoor one and a kid pool as well. There are plenty of shady spots but the thing I found strange was the chairs, there were hardly any chairs for you to sit on so people had towels on the concrete which wasn't too comfortable. For a place that size, they need more chairs. It was pleasant and I must say today was a hot one in Geneva and it wasn't a zoo as I expected nor was it too crazy with screaming kids. They have locker rooms as well , however I think you need to bring your own lock.
