On the Gümüşlük waterfront you'll find a string of restaurants each with a hawker out front trying to get the tourists in the door. I don't know if it's because we visited in the off-season, but some of these guys were, imho, a little aggressive as we checked out the whole strip.
The guy in front of Aquarium was the least pushy of the hawkers and that's how we chose to eat here.
They menu seemed a little on the pricey side so we had a light dinner of a couple of their starters. They have a good list of both cold (http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/aquarium-restaurant-mu%C4%9Fla?select=bQplDeneHAH980a34Kn6tg#negA3xpuVc6nVDE_guKWiQ) and hot starters (http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/aquarium-restaurant-mu%C4%9Fla?select=bQplDeneHAH980a34Kn6tg#h3sif4-0E2_lknZ3uVqKqQ)
Grilled octopus (30TL) was something we tried in many spots on our trip. Aquarium's version was smokey, lightly spicy, and really tender (http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/aquarium-restaurant-mu%C4%9Fla?select=bQplDeneHAH980a34Kn6tg#bQplDeneHAH980a34Kn6tg). One of the best versions that we sampled.
The stuffed mussels (15TL) were nicely seasoned (we had some bland ones down the street) and had a nice presentation with the double shells (http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/aquarium-restaurant-mu%C4%9Fla?select=bQplDeneHAH980a34Kn6tg#vWl-g3OL-U-QG1jvu_Mpog).
Friendly staff. Better food and service than the place a couple doors down that I forgot to write down the name of so can't provide a review :(
