I had a great experience. I sent my daughter Valentine's Day Flowers to Madrid. The flowers arrived just as promised. I felt comfortable with the price. I was expecting it to be more expensive. Yes! I will definitely use this company again. Thank you very much for making this a special day for my daughter who is a study abroad student. Luz Texas read more

Aquarelle - Florists Near Me - Getafe, M

I ordered a sympathy bouquet for delivery in Spain, and unfortunately the flowers arrived in very poor condition, with visibly wilted and spoiled blooms. I contacted the company and provided photographic evidence. While they acknowledged the issue, the proposed resolution required the flowers to be collected from the recipient before any refund could be processed. Given that this was a condolence gift during a sensitive time following a bereavement, we did not feel it was appropriate to ask the grieving family to return the flowers, and therefore chose not to pursue the complaint further. Overall, a disappointing experience both in terms of product quality and how the situation was handled. I would not recommend for important or sensitive occasions. read more

The company accepted the order and sent me a nice photo but did not deliver the flowers and chocolates as the address was allegedly incorrect despite my offering clarification. They also claimed that they could only contact someone if they had a Spanish mobile number. They apparently did text my daughter who sent them extra information but they still didn't deliver the order and refuse to refund the price. I remain shocked! It's not even a language issue as I am a Spanish teacher but I have never previously come across such poor customer service. I pursued the matter over email where the responses were neither helpful nor pleasant. Absolutely to be avoided unless you have a Spanish phone number although looking at the reviews here, that doesn't always help. read more

Me siento engañada y decepcionada. No recomiendo esta empresa a nadie. read more

TODO MUY MAL read more

Do not use this company! They took my money and refused to deliver the flowers because they didn't think the address was correct. The address is correct and Royal Mail, parcel hero and Amazon all confirm it to be correct as I've posted many things here. They also refused to refund me! Absurd! read more

Flowers didn't arrive! They were for my mother's birthday. No contact, no explanation. No apology when they finally responded. Poor service. I am In contact with my bank to try and get a refund from Mastercard. not the easiest to contact read more

A terrible experience with Aquarelle in Spain. They failed to deliver on the flowers on the day, citing 'wrong address', however a 'gesture of goodwill' (they direct quote) - they decided to deliver the SAME bouquet 10 days later, needless to say it looked and smelled awful. They refuse a refund. Terrible customer service, and Fernando is less than helpful. I'd recommend to stay away from this company. read more

The flowers that were actually delivered were very beatiful. However, the description listed (and showed in the photo) three main types of flowers. When delivered, there were only 2 types. When I emailed with photos, they kept saying it was correct....I'm not sure if they just don't care or really thought it was the correct amount of flowers. I even circled the flowers showing them that it was the wrong number based on the photos on their own site. They're refusing a partial refund and telling me I'm wrong about the flowers and feels a little insane. It's a shame because the flowers were really nice and delivered on time. read more

SCAMMERS! I ordered a bunch of flowers for my friend to Valencia on 20 of June, they lied to me that address was incorrect but it was okay, then agreed with my friend about changing the delivery time the same day but in the evening, didn't deliver and of course didn't pick up the phone. My friend left the country and at the end they refused to refund money and said ''we tried to deliver several times but by your fault we couldn't''. I ordered on 20 June, they tried to deliver 24 june when my friend flight away from spain. On phone call they also refused to speak as they say ''ONLY SPANISH'' and didn't pick up after. Please if you don't want to donate your money to crooks look for another company. read more

Ordered flowers which were never delivered due to an error on the delievery drivers part. They never refunded my money, lied and said there was no one home. I think it's a scam and reported them to the CCPC. Horrendous experience and they should be ashamed of themselves. It's a scam.. read more

Awful experience. I ordered some flowers for my girlfriends birthday and contacted them in advance to make sure that delivery will be done in time. Not only they did not deliver the package, but they did not reply nor helped me to solve the issue. It a shame to find a delivery service so poorly managed. I would never recommend anyone to trust them, it is a borderline scam. read more

Late delivery, disrespectful lies and 0 helpfulness. I order flowers to my partner EVERY month. It was the 1st (and LAST) to to order from them. Blaming everyone, and not taking responsibility of their fail of management. Blaming the client (wrong address) ... I repeat... Ordering flower EVERY MONTH Blaming the delivery company and after they say that I should fix the issue with them. I paid for aquarelle not for a 3rd party (delivery) company. ABSOLUTELY Unacceptable read more

Horrible experiencia.

Aquarelle spain, awful customers service. Ordered flowers which never arrived. No refund. Terrible

I have been a customer for many years and have always been very happy with the quality of the flowers they send to my father. The most recent bouquet sent to him was 40 roses and when my father sent me a picture, I couldn't believe how many were already dead. I emailed Aquerelle immediately and they kindly said they would send him another bouquet. This time they sent a purple and white bouquet that looked absolutely beautiful on their website but alas this bouquet was terrible too. Most of the flowers were wide open and will last maybe one or two more days and most of the bouquet was entirely green. The bouquets must be full of flowers and a little green but this was not the case here, the bouquet was filled with greenery and very few flowers. I do not recommend this company at all and will never use them again, even after so many years of being a happy customer. The quality of their flowers is not what it used to be.

Ordered flowers for a friends birthday a week ago. Still have not arrived. Communication has been a struggle. There is no contact number. No clear reasons why they have not been delivered as scheduled. Still no flowers. I have been chasing all week and without that nobody would even tell me something was wrong. Awful service. Avoid using. read more

This place is a scam. I sent flowers to my mum to a hotel where she was expending her birthday. The delivery guy arrived asked for my mum and the person in the reception didn't want to confirm if she was there. The delivery guy DIDNT CALL TO my mum at any moment. I tried to contact AQUARELLE by online form since their contact phone is a paid phone (902) in Spain and they answer almost 5 hours later with a very little message saying the delivery company will try again the next day. NO ONE TRIED AGAIN, NO ONE CALLED TO MY MUM. My mum is already back at home, I sent another message through the form and they answered me the address was incorrect... That´s all... No trying to deliver again or offering any solution... So what happens with my 50 euros? read more

I ordered flowers for my gf and they're so stupid and sent a picture of the flowers before it left their stupid store and never took a picture when "delivered it" I SPECIFICALLY PUT ON MY NOTE TO CALL. They never did and completed my order. Also it's IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of them. Fuck your company a bunch of scammers .!.. read more

Gave the wrong apartment digit on an order, they never bothered to call or email so they disposed of the flowers. Terrible service.

I live in Canada. I have to say,... I LOVE AQUARELLE! It is the best way to treat my love-ones through the distance with flowers and goodies for special occasions, specially on mother's day. What I like the most about Aquarelle? 1) The prices are fantastic, 2) Their selection is awesome, 3) The purchase online does not take me more than 4 minutes (3 clicks and I am done), 4) They send you a picture of the final product when it is being shipped, 5) Their speedy delivery (I always remember to make the purchase at the very last minute and they always have short notice delivery times available for me, 6) All the little 'extras' that they have (include a picture of you, add small adds-on for great prices), 7) THE HAPPINESS OF MY LOVE ONES WHEN THEY RECEIVE THEY FLOWERS. I have never seen them personally, but my mom and sister in law says they are amazing! OVERALL, if you live outside Spain (or in Spain) and you need to send flowers to Madrid, this is your best choice. read more
