I spoke with Debbie (Past owner) Explained we could not work under these conditions. She assigned Kellie to the job and service was great. She was reliable until recently. The Friday morning schedule moved to sometime Saturday. She always sent proof of having serviced the pool. This month has not been good. No proof of service. We have not seen her for the past 3 weeks. Just tried calling the 213-4555 number and receive a busy signal. Unable to contact anyone for information. This is the only reason for this review. We are concerned if Kellie is well and healthy. JOE H.

It was fully extended with the metal pushed back. I let our two year-old cat out that's never been outside the lanai and within minutes she was gone. The only reason I noticed is because I let my dog out in our fenced in yard and all of a sudden the dog was looking at me in the lanai through the slides, my heart sank and I and that's when I opened the other door to get out to our pool and that the screen was wide open Devastated and sad

I left for 2 months and contracted with Sparking Clear Pool Service to take care of my pool while I…read morewas gone. They agreed to check my pool every week and add chemicals if needed. They were supposed to empty the skimmer and add water if needed. I paid $50 per month. Each week I was away I'd get and email stating all was good with the pool. When I returned home I found my pool water to be green, side walls were green, skimmer had debris in it, numerous bugs floating on top and when I had the water quality tested at a local store they said it needed chlorine and 2 cups of muriatic acid. And the thing was the pool tech had been out to my home earlier in the day and I got the email that all was good with the pool. When I brought these items to the owners attention, complaining that how could a pool tech say all was good when the water was green, the pool needed chemicals, bugs on top and these items should have been brought to my attention while I was away. Also there were so many bugs floating on top the water it took 4 net skimming turns to clean it. The owner did not address my concerns about being notified of the water problems and give me the opportunity to have additional work done. I thought everything was good however when I returned everything was bad. Bad business, they took my $100 for the month and didn't do a thing. I should have been notified of green water, green sideways, bugs, and it the tech was out to the house and put in chemicals but when I had water tested it needed chemicals. The owner did not address why they didn't notify me of poor water quality, Look elsewhere for pool service and make sure they send you pictures if you are away.
