I think deep down I knew I always wanted (needed) to be a Revis girl! I had my first breast augmentation in DC in 2013 (not Dr Revis) and had 650cc silicone implants placed under the muscle. After having a baby (breastfeeding for 6 months) and my breasts (one more than the other) developing significant double bubble-I knew I wanted to go with XL implants and have the double bubble corrected immediately. Even though I already knew about Dr Revis, I researched further to ensure I would find the best corrective surgeon in the US, specializing in XL implants. Every time I researched, I kept finding my way back to Dr Revis. I reached out to get a consultation, where I sent an email with pictures to Dr Revis. His office said he was out, so the response may be delayed; however I received a response within a few hours! He made suggestions and from that initial email I knew he would be my next surgeon! Every single interaction with Dr Revis and his team were beyond my expectations. He was personable, listened to my concerns, obviously experienced and highly competent, and I felt like I wasn't just another boob job, in and out. He listened -what I wanted mattered! Dr Revis and his staff were excellent! Beyond anything I could have imagined. I had an allergic reaction to the surgical tap about a week after surgery and Dr Revis' staff immediately assisted to help me through my issues and followed up as well. I'm three and a half months post-surgery now and absolutely love my results! My experience was incredible. Should I ever have another breast augmentation surgery, I would ONLY go back to Dr Revis.

A review of social media memories over the weekend reminded me that its been awhile since having…read morecosmetic surgery. Most men are afraid to share with others - especially strangers - that they have had "work" done. I am not one of them. I met Dr. Lisa Learn through a patient/friend who had undergone a cosmetic surgery procedure. A fellow gastric bypass patient, my friend underwent an abdominoplasty - or tummy tuck - procedure. She looked great and I wanted to look great as well. In desire of ridding myself of extra skin following a 160-pound weight loss, I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Learn at her Fort Lauderdale office. It was an initial consultation to determine whether my insurance company would consider such procedure medically necessary. Initial consultation went great. I met Dr. Learn and her assistant - Teresa - to discuss options. I provided medical records and photos were taken for submission to insurance. As a guy who has never "cared" for his "looks," I took advantage of the consultation to discuss my face - specially around the eyes and jaw/cheek area. I was not happy with what I thought were droopy eyelids and sagging cheeks. Dr. Learn agreed, basically stating that the cheeks/jawline "issue" were the result of massive weight loss. As for the droopy eyelids, it was explained as part of the natural aging process. Long story short, I decided on several procedures to immediately improve my "look." Blepharoplasty - surgery for my upper eyes; and "Profound" - a laser non-surgical procedure to tighten up my cheeks and jawline. Voluma XC and Bellafill would thereafter be considered as dermal fillers. All procedures would be performed in the office with local anesthetic. Surgery day came and went before I knew it. First the blepharoplasty, then the "Profound" laser treatment. With my eyes, I could see an immediate improvement. As for the cheeks/jawline, Dr. Learn had fully explained that an improvement would not be seen for several months. Over the next few months, I had a number of "follow-up" visits with Dr. Learn. During these visits, I received both Voluma XC and Bellafill - which I learned was a relatively new dermal treatment that not only stimulates collagen growth - but could last for five years. As for abdominoplasty, my insurance company denied benefits and I decided to "self-pay" for the procedure. Thereafter - and only hours before the scheduled procedure - I chickened out and cancelled surgery. I'm not sure if it was peer pressure not to have the procedure or the "possible" six-week healing process. My "look" has changed to the point that I cannot reuse old social media photos. I "look" that different. Thanks, Dr. Learn. William E. Lewis, Jr. Vero Beach, Florida

When I went to her I was in a state of depression and still very traumatized, when I consulted with her she seemed personable and caring. I was so desperate that I chose the first doctor i consulted with, which was Dr.Learn, I just wish I would have gone to other surgeon consultations before choosing her. Initially I thought the results were good, but then once my breasts healed I wasn't happy with her work, I have photos and videos, my left breast which was the one with the biggest damage, looks almost the same as it did before surgery, based on my experience I would NOT recommend her to fix botched surgery, I did go to another surgeon recently and he was so knowledgeable and explained to me everything in detail about how he would have done my surgery, he was very experienced with fixing botched surgeries, unfortunately I Need to save money to have the surgery redone by him.

Given the location and severity of the injury, I was extremely concerned about being left with a noticeable scar. Dr. Christopher Low was able to fit me into his schedule on short notice and took incredible care of me. Dr. Low's bedside manner was exemplary, and his entire team was professional, compassionate, and accommodating throughout the entire experience. They made a stressful situation significantly easier. I'm extremely grateful that Dr. Low was willing to see me when he did. Dr. Cheung was initially recommended to me by my oncologic surgeon, and after consulting with…read moreseveral plastic surgeons, I ultimately chose him because of the strong recommendations and reputation. Unfortunately, my reconstruction became complicated by infection, seroma, and skin necrosis. I understand now that these complications can happen in breast reconstruction, even with experienced surgeons, but at the time I was terrified and felt very vulnerable after already going through cancer treatment. When I was told my expander needed to be removed, I returned to the office and realized the procedure was planned to be done there rather than in a hospital setting. I panicked. After everything that had happened, I no longer felt comfortable proceeding outside of a hospital and asked multiple times if it could be done there. I was told that was not an option. As the infection worsened over the following days, I contacted several other surgeons. Most did not want to take over another surgeon's case, but eventually another doctor agreed to help me and removed the expander in the hospital. That decision made me feel much safer emotionally and physically during an extremely difficult time. To be fair, Dr. Cheung did offer immediate implant reconstruction revision and was honest with me about the increased failure risk after infection. I appreciate that honesty. However, by that point, I had lost confidence and no longer felt emotionally supported in my care. I was also told my anxiety was contributing to the situation, which may have been true -- but after a cancer diagnosis and serious infection, my fear felt understandable. I am sharing my experience not to attack anyone, but because I think communication, compassion, and making patients feel safe are incredibly important in cancer reconstruction. A surgeon may have many excellent reviews and still not be the right fit for every patient. Right now I am struggling emotionally with how I look after losing my reconstruction, and this entire experience has been very painful. I simply hope future patients feel fully informed, heard, and supported throughout their journey.

I cannot praise Dr. Palladino and his incredible team enough. I first saw him as an out-of-state patient in February 2022 for my first BBL, and the experience was flawless. I stayed at their affiliated hotel, had a private nurse the first night, and Dr. Palladino personally checked on me in my room the next day. The in-room post-op massages were wonderful, and my results were beautiful. After gaining weight, I decided I wanted a round 2 in 2024. I wanted to go back to Dr. Palladino, but I didn't have travel support or the funds for a recovery house. My nightmare bbl #2: To save money, I booked with sedation at a local clinic, Goals Plastic Surgery, because they had good Google reviews. I want to warn all women to do serious research before booking with chop shops like this. Their communication stopped the moment they got my payment. They called me at 7 PM the night before my surgery when my pharmacy was already closed, and left me waiting outside for 40 minutes the morning of my procedure. They were furious I didn't have my medications because they intended to use my prescriptions for the surgery. They gave me to swallow 7 to 8 pills and only consented me AFTER I was medicated. When I told the doctor my goal look, he laughed at me. Worst of all, I woke up during the procedure and felt everything. It was barbaric and traumatizing; the doctor had the medical assistants hold me down while another covered my face with a towel to muffle my screams. They sent me home with no pain meds or antibiotics, ghosted my crying voicemails for a week and a half, and gave aggressively painful post-op massages. They only have good reviews because they bribe patients with free procedures. Once my swelling went down, I was completely botched. my upper body wasn't lipoed at all, and they shoved fat into my hips that I didn't ask for , leaving me looking like I was melting from the top with two twinkies on my hips. After two years of looking at these terrible results every day, I went back to Dr. Palladino for an in-person consultation in July 2026. He completely understood my trauma, took his time, and ensured me that I was safe. He is incredibly honest and not money-hungry. he even told me I shouldn't do further lipo after this, proving his priority is keeping you SAFE while giving you your dream body. His staff is incredible; Lindsay responds very quickly, even on her days off. I had my corrective procedure on 10/1/26 and I am already super happy. I have a long recovery ahead, but I noticed immediate, wonderful results the same day. Everyone I show my before-and-after photos to is appalled by what the chop shop did and AMAZED by Dr. Palladino's work. Vanessa, the post-op massage therapist recommended by his office, is also incredibly gentle, knowledgeable, and patient. I deeply regret not coming back to Dr. Palladino in the first place, but I am so happy he was able to safely snatch me back up. He is truly a master at his craft

I questioned whether I was too young, too old, whether I really needed it, and if it was even worth it. I had looked at so many before-and-after photos and consulted with other surgeons, but I still didn't have that feeling of complete confidence. Then I met Dr. Frederick at La Spa Plastic Surgery. The moment I sat down with Dr. Mike--as he prefers to be called--everything changed. Knowing he is Harvard-trained certainly gave me confidence, but what impressed me most was his honesty, kindness, and the time he spent educating me. His knowledge of the face, skin, and anatomy is truly remarkable, but what stood out even more was how well he listened. He took the time to understand what bothered me when I looked in the mirror and explained not only what could be improved, but why I was seeing those changes in the first place. For the first time, everything made sense. Just as importantly, he was honest about what I didn't need. He recommended only the procedures that would truly make a difference and never tried to oversell me or suggest anything unnecessary. That level of integrity immediately earned my trust. I never felt pressured or like I was being sold anything. Instead, I felt educated, understood, and genuinely cared for. I left feeling completely confident that his only goal was to help me achieve the best, most natural version of myself. His wife, Melda, who handles the consultations and scheduling, is just as wonderful. She is kind, patient, and makes you feel like family from the very beginning. Together, they have created a practice where you immediately feel comfortable and cared for. I walked into my consultation feeling nervous and unsure. I walked out counting down the days until my surgery because I finally knew I was in the right hands. For anyone wondering, I had a facelift, deep plane neck lift, and lower blepharoplasty (lower eyelids). I wanted to look like myself--just refreshed--and that's exactly what Dr. Mike delivered. Now that I've had my surgery, I can honestly say I am beyond happy with my results. Dr. Mike didn't try to make me look like someone else--he helped me become the best version of myself. I still look like me... just refreshed, rested, and more confident than I have felt in years. The biggest compliment I've received is, '"You look amazing... what did you do?" Choosing a facelift is such a personal decision, and choosing your surgeon is the most important part of that journey. I will always be grateful that I found Dr. Mike and Melda at La Spa Plastic Surgery. They gave me not only beautiful results but also the confidence and peace of mind I needed every step of the way. If anyone has questions about my experience or the procedures I had, I'd be happy to answer them. P.S. My husband is happy with the results too... his upper eyelids are next.
