Hi there...it was my first squash lesson whatsoever and I did enjoy it greatly...I was not sure…read morewhat to expect but I did my 2 hours on the courts and was hitting the ball as much as I could , practising my forehand and backhand for better chances to win. The staff was very helpful and attentive. There is also hotel in there and many useful facilities: you can get rackets and there is sauna but only on the male site ... Public gym area is well equipped and with air con. Lockers are available to leave your staff and you can change in changing rooms before hitting the courts ;) Fridges with drinks too ... You might visit and get your fitness level up high :) P.S. I locked my phone in the locker so pics maybe next time...

Unless you are looking to specifically be within the "old town" area, this location is right in the middle of things! Short or reasonable walking distance to so many things. Very good. A bit awkward with how rooms were situated though out, but very good, nonetheless. Technically, it seems this is an athletic club, in a building that I believe used to be a theater. Somehow, without knowing the full history, there were plenty of rooms either built into this space or already there, and this is how they get the hotel aspect of it to function. Staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was acceptable, and seemed very typical of what the Polish breakfast seems to entail. Room was reasonable. Obviously, the exercise/sport/health/wellness component was fantastic. But, again, you are probably staying here for the location. We even had a rental car and found we were able to manage parking for it without ridiculous difficulty.

Double and triple check at the desk how much you are supposed to pay. They sometimes make it up if they see you are a tourist. Also, there are prices for under 30 and 32 y old so check that too. Towels were horrible. Mixture between stone and towel i guess. It was not dirty but was not clean either. Finnish sauna is ok, not hot enough for proper sauna but if thats what you like - go for it. You can not add water to the stones since can doesnt exist. Fits 3-4 people. Turkish bath is smelly and inside there is NO light. First door are weirdest ever. Gotta see it for yourself. Fits 7-8 people. So called jacuzzi was quite cold-ish and bubbles dont exist. Fits 2. Showers either too cold or too hot. Something in between lasts for 10sec. Upstairs there is smoking area, bar, massage room and "darkroom". Darkroom fits 5-6 people. I think there are 50 lockers. Still, better something than nothing at all.

It is not large gym but pretty convenient for many people who are attending classes regularly. You need to sign-up in advance though.

Dingy room with noise from night club across the street until 4 AM. IKEA furniture. No glasses, pencils or soap, other than empty dispenser in shower. Intermittent internet with dial up speeds. No waiters in breakfast room. Four stars? Perhaps in Soviet times. Any response from management is likely to be insincere.

I would actually give this 3.5 stars for this stay…read more Minus half a star because my "non smoking" room smells vaguely of old smoke and the bathroom is slighty musty because there is no ventilation system or window to open. I have relatively positive review. The location is good only a few minutes from the main square, but its right across the street from a gentle men's club. Some of the tripadvisor reviews noted the noise from the club, but I found it to be muted. I got a single room. It's a good size in comparison to other European hotels I have stayed at. The room looks faily clean and the bathrooms are surprisingly very modern. The faucets are so stylishly modern that it took me several minutes to determine how to turn it on. There is also a mini bar in the room. I think it's a bit odd that there is no sheet on the bed separating you from the duvet, but maybe that's common in Poland? There's free wireless, but it becomes very slow when people start logging in. They also have been having issues with the router recognizing iPhones. I was able to get wireless last night, but have been unable to this morning. The gym is extremely small. One elliptical and one cycle. The concierge did recommend running outside in the green areas of the city. He said it was fairly safe. The staff speaks English, but the front desk doesn't keep electrical converters- just some phone chargers. Breakfast is tasty, but not entirely sure it's worth 50pl.
