Three Strikes - YOU'RE OUT!!…read more Save yourself the pain of going to W. Nail Bar (or Wasaga Nail Spa) they go by both names. I've now given this place 3 chances and they are horrible. Spilled nail polish all over my phone, my manicure looked like it was done by two different people and didn't match at all. After 3 hours I finally gave up and and went to another salon to have them painted. Another visit they butchered my eyebrows - which didn't match when I walked out. 1.5 hours to get a polish change - and it wasn't what I requested. Their ATM machine only allows you to take out $40 at a time, causing you to have to pay their $3.00 service charge and they don't take debit cards. Please don't confuse them for Wasaga Nails located on 133-33 rd street north, unit 4, Wasaga Beach, ON. Wasaga Nails on 33rd Street. Wasaga Nails is run by Tracy and she is awesome!

After an hour it was my turn... or so it should have been. 3 more customers came in after I did and took priority because the employees knew them personally. After waiting for an additional 20 minutes and it being blatantly obvious that "friends" of this establishment will get served first over customers who have been waiting. This SuperCuts will never get my business and if you don't feel like waiting an hour and half (or more if some "friends" come in) for a 10 minute haircut I suggest you look elsewhere.
