We ordered the largest pool at 16' x 40' from the sales person. At no time did he mention that the dimensions were from the outside edge of the pool and the actual dimensions were more like 14 x 38. The people who installed the pool were professional and thorough. The sales person and Marvin however were rude, unavailable and only answered the phone when they wanted money. There is still a broken pipe at the deep end of the pool and after leaving multiple messages for Marvin, NOTHING. Our overall experience was less than satisfactory. Purchased a hot tub from the last April. The purchase went fine but trying to set up the installation was a complete hassle. The problem they have is they have a customer service representative that doesn't answer the phone. Months later I have a pump that won't turn off and the hot tub is overheating. I called for the last 4 days and didn't get a response. I called the store and was able to speak to the sales guy. I even went there and bought a new filter to see if that was causing the problem. He said this is definitely a legit service call and they should be in the office. Aqua Leisure is cool when their trying to sell you something but when it comes time to provide service for their warranty good luck getting a hold of anyone. read more

Basically a company that doesn't stand behind it's products. Sold me a nice Marquis spa who's LCD operating screen failed. Kind of important as it's the only way to operate the thing, set the temperature, etc. Well, the part they replaced but boned me $159.00 for a service call; like there was some alternative, i was going to bring a 2,.500 lb. hot tub to them for service! Consider buying something other than a Marquis and going someplace other than aqua leisure. read more
