The second time, I received the watch back with deep scratches on the underside corners (lugs) and a sharp point. I returned to speak to the individuals there (John and Sheila), and they denied causing the damage to the watch and tried to explain away the process, claiming they did not manipulate that area of the watch. John offered to polish the scratches, but since they are deep, they are still present on the watch. Being that the watch was new (kept in the box) and did not have these damages beforehand, I can only attribute these damages to their handling. I do not recommend bringing jewelry here for even minor repairs.

I haven't had an opportunity to stop before but we were at the mall and I was left wandering alone. I walked over and there was one gentleman at the counter talking to I believe the owner. He stopped and asked how we could help me and I showed him what I had. He gave me a price and I said okay let's do it. He had me leave the bracelet with him and said it would be ready in about half an hour. He didn't take any information from me but since he came while recommended I trusted him. I went back and wandered through some other stores in the mall while kind of looking for my family. Roughly a half hour later I wandered back over and he had a couple of other customers at the counter. I walked over and waited and he brought it over and showed to me and put it on my wrist so that I could see if it fit the way I wanted. It turned out exactly like I was looking for and the price he charged was very reasonable. If I had other jewelry that needed repair I would definitely bring it to him to see if it's something he could work on. I was very happy with the service and the price here.
