Basically he found the problem and fixed it with no fuss or mess, and it was all safe again in 50 minutes. He's polite, efficient and thorough. He didn't make us pay right there and then but invoiced us the next day. Of course I was worried the bill would be an absolute whopper for an evening call out but it was actually completely reasonable. He detailed the work carried out and itemised the cost right down to £5.60 for parts. He even took photos for me with my camera of the damage and repairs up in the loft. I absolutely would not hesitate to recommend him or his company to anyone. He is Gas Safe Registered (what used to be known as CORGI).

I cannot praise them enough. This meant digging out a deep hole outside connecting through the wall and reconnecting inside. I judge a Company by it's workforce, and these men were first class.

I would like to start by saying how excellent the service from this company was…read more I had a leak on the water supply pipe to my property on the section which comes into the house before it connects to the internal stop cock, Needless to say this was flooding my kitchen and the tap in the pavement was broken and hadn't been repaired by Thames Water(typical) So I had no way to isolate the leak in the property and needed urgent assistance! I phoned hamblins after finding them online and luckily enough the surveyor was in my area so he was able to pop round and provide some assistance. Mr Beasley(surveyor) came round and assisted me in temporarily stopping the leak with towels until they had a crew free that afternoon. They sent two teams, one being a 2 man crew and the other being an internal plumber. Whilst the external engineers dug up the front the internal plumber explained the plan of action to me which I very much appreciated. Then once the external guys were complete the internal plumber got to work. Within a couple of hours they were complete,they reinstated the driveway and they tided up and even helped to mop up the water in the kitchen. I was very impressed by their speedy professional service and would recommend them as a company to anyone. For me this is as good as it gets, friendly professional staff who are willing to do what it takes to get the job done!
