NON-EXISTENT AFTER SALES SERVICE! I purchased a water…read moresoftener from East Midlands Water Company, which failed after only a few months use. I contacted the company by telephone and was advised that they do not send an engineer out, but they would speak to our installer, after which, they would take the appliance back to inspect it and if they deemed it faulty they would then repair or replace it. I have called them, sent many emails and tried to get a response via their on-line contact page, but they have not replied to any of my messages. I am absolutely appalled at their after-sales non-service and I would never recommend or use this company again.
