Well I met one of the sweetest employees during my transactions and I just wanted to put her in my pocket (my analogy of keeping someone so sweet protected, because the shirt pocket is close to my heart). This location is on the right end of a plaza with plenty of free parking available. There is also street parking if it just happens to become full, but I came close to closing so parking was plentiful. I came in with a search of a 5-gallon jug with a hands-free spout. There were two choices that were both BPA free containers. One was $16.99 and the other was $14.99. The only difference between the two bottles was the lid. They accept cash only so make sure you stop at the ATM first. With any bottle purchase, you get free water. The first bottle was a little lose, but she changed it immediately and wasn't trying to sell me a faulty product. I appreciated that! Overall an amazing experience! I feel like if I worked nearby or there, I would drink water all day lol

They sell different types of equipment to pour your water. They have very simple cheap ones to nice and expensive. It looks like a little snack store because they sell chips, ice cream, and all types of snacks. They have calling cards to make international calls. The cashier that works here is very nice and always greets with a smile when someone walks in. I asked him if I can take pictures, but he said no because he doesn't know if the owner is okay with that. He said I was able to take some from outside only. The parking is small and it is shared with two restaurants, a market and a laundromat. Although they all share you will find parking most of the time.

They not only fill your bottles for you, they wash/sanitize them, and they will even take them to your car and help you load them up! The store itself is very clean and organized. Through a large window, you can see the large filtration system and it looks high-tech and immaculate. Last time I got my bottles filled it was during the LA heat wave. I don't have a parking spot and live on the 4th floor in my ktown apartment... Yeah, that's the last time I would schlep those heavy bottles up so decided to finally order delivery. I called them today and the male owner who does the deliveries recognized my voice and asked me how I am! Wow, that's good customer service. I might add that the delivery price is very reasonable!
