Excellent. Knowledgeable and friendly staff advised me on the best OTC medication for the issue I had (hayfever), even in German, as I don't speak or understand much Polish. They didn't have the product in stock that I used to get in the UK. But I can't blame them, as marketing and sales restrictions will vary from country to country, even within the EU. I bought a very suitable alternative that I'm happy with, and I really appreciated being presented with a proper choice of three products in stock rather than a mere "this product X is what we've got". Perhaps not the cheapest but I very much believe in "you get what you pay for". They certainly do things properly here and I wouldn't hesitate to come again.
