So I just bought a home with Stacey Gurka and April Bradshaw as my team. I'm thrilled with my place, and I cannot express how amazing both Stacey and April were every step of the way. I joke that Stacey is notorious at OpenDoor (who was selling my new home) because she negotiated me a bunch of money off the price even though apparently they don't usually negotiate much. As for April -- well, I met April several years ago when I was considering selling my previous home and I knew that in Pearland she was going to either be on my side of the table with me or she'd be working for the buyer-- and I wanted her on my side. April knows her business, and she knows people. My first seller really didn't want to let me schedule the HVAC inspection of her home like my general inspector suggested; well, April had this great HVAC guy who came out at the last minute so I could get it done. Then when that deal went off the rails because of fairly significant personal issues with the seller, April and Stacey were there willing to back me up. But again, April knows people, so she hooked me up with this awesome real estate attorney, and he helped me get through that without getting into trouble. Everything worked out for the best because Stacey jumped right into finding the next place. She helped me get a better house for less money. It was a very emotional time for me and the April Bradshaw Team was with me every step of the way. If you are buying or selling, I give them my highest recommendation. They have your back 100%. They are both amazing, capable, kind people who know their profession and their market, and they will get you what you want. It would take more than 160 characters to explain how awesome April Bradshaw was throughout the entire process of (selling and buying) a new home. We had some difficult moments in both aspects (selling and buying). I'm not sure any other realtor would have had the patience, resources, or professionalism to deal with these issues. We were not entirely sure what the process would entail and how much work it would take, but April methodically and calmly walked us through every step. She is straightforward, shares her opinion, gives suggestions, and backs up any concerns with supporting facts and stats.
