I had the most stress free experience with Mark Wongcharoensuk from Apricot Realty, let me tell you why...
After shopping around for a whole year with a previous realtor and placing several offers with no luck, I was literally willing to give up. None of the offers were coming in not even in close, none were accepted as back up offers... What had started off as an exciting thing to do (review listings, visiting the listing homes, placing offers) was becoming a nightmare thing to do. You just have to trust your gut feeling when something is not going right...
I was given Mark's direct contact information by a good friend of his named Jimmy, whom had worked with him in the past. Jimmy's words to me on May 6, 2019 were "you need to change your realtor, give my buddy a call and I guarantee Mark will make something happen". He wasn't kidding when he said that. May 6, 2019 I called and left a message for Mark. I also sent him a quick text at 6:38pm informing him of whom I was and how I had got his contact. That same day at 6:45pm Mark texted me back asking me if it was ok to call me back in 15 minutes. Turned out to be Mark was at his son's karate class. He called me back right when he said he would. We spoke for about 15 mins, I sent him via email him all my documents, home listing preferences, areas, prices ranges and we were on a mission from that moment.
Mark was polite, sweet, extremely knowledgeable, and most importantly professional. The very next day Mark had about 7 listings ready for me, many home options to choose from, and a quick breakdown of the areas in the cities that I was interested in.
Fast forward two days later May 8, 2019 I saw a listing that Mark had sent us, my husband and I were very interested in the home. Here comes the big "meant to be" the home was located in a street named Javier Pl. check this out my husband's last name is Javier. Mark scheduled an appointment to view the house for that coming Monday May 13, 2019 since I was flying out of town the very next day. It was the first time meeting Mark in person. That evening at 8pm I walked in the home and I can say "I fell in love with it". I met the sellers whom I thanked for being very accommodating in allowing Mark to schedule the viewing during that time. All because I already had preplanned traveling commitments. My husband was allowed to view the home the very next day during his lunch. We agreed to submit an offer and I have to say, Mark absolutely killed it! He placed the offer and ran the entire process like a well-oiled machine, no hiccups, no show stoppers, great communication/updates. Mark was very nice, polite and prompt at requesting documents as well as replying. I gave him everything he asked ASAP, and he worked the same way with no oversights.
Mark worked extremely well with the escrow company as well as our loan officer. I'm still amazed...Mark, I told you before, but I'm going to tell you again, you were the best thing that happened to us during our home purchase. We are extremely thankful for all of your attentions and helping us find our dream home. The first home you showed us, on Javier Pl., were we met for the first time, right across the street from the middle school and only a mile away from the high school as I had previously requested on my preferences were I'm happy to say my 11 year old son will attend 6th grade and my 15 year old daughter will attend 10th. grade effective August 14, 2019.
Stop wasting your time on other realtors, call Mark, you won't regret it.
Thank you guys!!
