This place is an absolute nightmare, I'm warning anyone who is considering using this company for some cash, please don't unless you are in dire need of being desperate and you have exhausted all of your options. Let's start with the lady who calls herself "the manager" and name her "Louisiana" at this location (Choctaw) in which she is NOT "management material" ... if they feel this is the way a company should be ran when she lacks professionalism and common sense in an office setting atmosphere, then obviously, I don't even wanna know who in the hell thought it was a good idea to promote her. This company and specifically this woman thinks for as long as you are paying them (even if you don't renew) that you are their property for life or they own you even AFTER you pay it off. For one, I got sick and tired of being told I need to "update my information", when I went in there to make a payment ... UMMM ?!? No I don't ... if I don't answer my phone, then that's my priority , I pay the damn bill (phone and loan) and I am not obligated to do so if I choose not to. If my "references" don't answer their phone, then that's their priority and prerogative. I was not planning on renewing so I'm not sure why it was a huge deal that I "updated" anything... also, I'm not obligated to. Apparently, Ignorance is not too far fetched when the comprehension of asking the question of which is more important taking a payment for the company that signs your paycheck or getting random information. Should be a no brainer. I would want the money ... DUH ! I started using a different location going out of my way each time driving clear across town because I didn't feel like being harassed every single time I went in to pay my bill. Fast forward to today, I made my LAST PAYMENT on June 29th at the Midwest City location and was told since I previously didn't apply for the loan at that location, I needed to go to the original location to get my "title" released. Greeeeeaaat! Just what I have been avoiding but whatever, I went in on a Monday because they were closed on a Sunday... there she was "Louisiana manager" on her power trip sitting there all smug... when I brought my receipt up to the counter and told her what I needed she proceeded to be UNPROFESSIONAL asking me questions like "what I ever did to her" and saying that "I talked bad about her to her co workers" umm ?!? First of all, when in the hell did we ever become friends?!? When did we "establish" a personal relationship? I barley knew this lady ... when I told her all I wanted was the release papers and to follow through with the release of my title she then proceeded to harass and grill me some more ... AFTER I MADE MYSELF PERFECTLY CLEAR THAT I WASN'T ANSWERING ANY OF HER QUESTIONS THAT DIDN'T PERTAIN TO WHAT I ORIGINALLY CAME IN FOR! Claiming that I made her look bad and blah blah blah. Unprofessional at best and this lady at this location is a busy body who doesn't know when to take the high road. Oh and she also passively aggressively accused me of "lying about my address" sarcastically claiming it was my previous one... so ?!? Was she stalking me ?!? Does she do that to others ? THINGS that make you say hmmmm ?!? I STILL have that same address btw ... Be prepared that EVEN AFTER you pay off your loan there's no promise you may or may not get what you came in for because I didn't (nope I didn't get a title loan release confirmation) and obviously she was more worried about asking me about junior high girl group clique questions then actually taking the high road when I clearly stated I didn't come in to talk semantics but for her to do her damn job.
