At the beginning of school it was only one exit exam and then 2 exit exams, then one. This school is so inconsistent. I'm sure this is the reason this school is on probation with the Florida Board of Nursing. I would not advise anyone to attend this horrible school. I was told I was going to have to do 25 hours of schooling at this institution ( if that's what you can call it ) when I arrived I was shown around it is a hilariously small building compared to the school I came from which would be fine if not for the fact that there is not enough room to accommodate the actual spa days/ work you will be required to do. They state that they provide tools for said spa days yet don't keep the inventory up and you will have to provide your own. Instead of actual school work or learning you sit and play Kahoot for four hours every day and the teacher gives you the answers anyway it is ridiculous no wonder the requirements for becoming a nail tech in the state of Fl are so low and yet they still fail to even prepare you for Floridas low Standards. At the end of my required hours I was give an exit exam and then the next week told to come back to apply for my license, they did not honor my actual appointment time for that day and I sat at the school for 3 hours when it was supposed to be an hour appointment plus you could do the application on your own seeing as they don't even really know how to do it and won't summit the correct paperwork. The owner and director of the school who I entrusted my OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS TO LOST THEM AND I HAD TO ORDER A NEW SET FROM MY OLD SCHOOL. Plus she has no clue what a proper nail program should be and asked me ( because I came from a more legit and professional school) to help her improve her program. She told me she herself did not pass her state board exam for the nail program in the state she took it in. The way the collect payments for school is via Cash App. Which isn't even a real bank. She will be very nice but trust it is a facade to just get you in the door.
