I called, they took my CC info then sent an email for me to write measurements, then sent a draft of the design. After a few edits, we had the final design! We went in to get the wrap added to the band and although we were expecting to wait 1 hour, it took about 30 minutes! We were so impressed and they did an amazing job.

While there were some unavoidable delays on our end related to corporate approval of the proof, the process since then has been extremely difficult. I honestly can't count how many emails and phone calls I've made trying to get updates or follow through on commitments. We paid approximately $1,300, yet still do not have a sign installed. On multiple occasions I was told "it will be installed this week" or even "it will be installed today," only for that timeline to pass with no communication. Each time, a new excuse followed. Most recently, I was told the installer was sick yesterday but on the way today--only to call back hours later and be told he never came into work at all because he was sick. Delays happen, but repeated missed commitments and inconsistent communication are not acceptable. At this point, the biggest issue is not the delay itself but the lack of reliability and transparency throughout the process. I had hoped for a much smoother experience and better follow-through.
