I initially needed them asap as their site states same day service. I didn't have much time as I had people coming in town and needed some things fixed asap. They showed up 5 hours late and never even called. They claimed to fixed my items, they faked that their credit card machine was not working and they needed cash and then doubled the price. In addition their site states all fixes guaranteed to be priced under $100, but when they show up they tell you their minimum is $100 !!! The appliances are still broken and they promise a one year warranty. I've called 3 times and they promised to come back out but still have not come! VERY SCARY PEOPLE!

Terry showed me that one plus another option for the same price and made some helpful suggestions that made the decision very easy. The whole transaction took 15 minutes. Their delivery fee was very reasonable which included removal of the old machine putting in the new one, hooking it up and running it to make sure it worked.
