i called appliance express on friday morning explaining that my cooker fan had broken down & so the oven was overheating & causing the power to trip off. they sent an engineer out that afternoon. he took a look & told me the fan unit needed replacing he would order it right away & be in touch when it arrived saying it would be 3 or 4 days. i had a phone call at 9am on the next tuesday (2 working days later ) saying the part had arrived & could they come that morning to install it. they told me they would be with me around 11 to 12 oclock they arrived at 1130 & were gone by 1150 with a job well done .. cant recomend this company enough........... read more
