Each month we are provided a delicious buffet breakfast at Royal Gardens for an affordable rate. We routinely have anywhere from 20 to 30 in attendance. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, and are very much appreciated by our members. Our December meeting is a "Christmas Brunch" to which we bring our spouses or friends. This year we had 51 members in attendance. We were treated to a "donut bar" to start our social hour, then items such as assorted pastries, Eggs Benedict, frittatas, bacon, sausages, 2 types of potatoes and of course coffee, tea and juices, and more. A big "Thank You" goes out to the Executive Director, Renee; the Director of Food Services, Dan; Resident Services, Anna; Activity Director, Tammy; and the entire kitchen staff who prepared this delicious meal and provided such friendly service. How are they still operational? And the poor residents... there are not enough words to convey the deplorable living environment, borderline inedible food, and staff rudeness.
