This Applebee's was good yet have horrible service and a long line. We waited for about 30 minutes which wasn't long but they were rude while we were waiting, they told us that where we were standing wasn't a good idea but the entire place was packed. The waitresses were rude and were disrespectful. We were waiting for our table to be cleaned and the lady said in a very rude tone that we needed to wait for her. This lady had very bad (RBF) resting bitch face, she was rude to us the entire time we were here. The other lady also tried to convince my friend to get a different side. The lady who gave us our utensils threw them on our table. The utensils were also dirty. Overall the service was Ass and wouldn't recommend. read more

Sitting here on a late night Sunday eating some of the best food and getting some of the best service. Russ is our server and not only is he extremely nice but his recommendations were spot on. We ordered wedge salads and boneless wings as appetizers, then ordered the salmon and the double steak and eggs off their new menu for dinner.. BOMB!! This was the best Applebee's I've ever been to! It was amazing all of the appetizer's were tasty and the food was all the same temperature! The lemonades were a little sweet (though I noticed they were made with syrup). The waitress was very experienced and was understanding when we ended up splitting the bill 3 ways. My fiancee took me out to dinner tonight hoping to treat me. He had the triple bacon burger and I had the lemon grilled chicken. His was good, just needed more sauce. I was really excited to try my grilled chicken but it was charred. I couldn't taste only charred chicken rather than lemon. The rice was supposed to have honey glazed almonds and I sure didn't see any. The served me a cherry limeade that was mostly ice and I couldn't taste the limeade. When I finished the actual drink part of it. 3/4 of the drink was ice. Gross. I will stick with my usual restaurants from now on. read more

As we pulled up our baby got sick in the car so we didn't get the chance to eat here, when I told the hostess what happened she ran back and got us some towels and asked if there was anything she could do. We have not been to an Applebee's in years but have been caught up in all the advertising so we went. Place was packed so we sat in the bar. Started out fine...a little slow on receiving us but it was busy so no worries. When all was done, food was not nearly like what they show in the ads but still tasty. Problem was it took more than an hour to get our meal. Waitress took $15 off after we were just going to leave. I guess I'm saying it was all in all not a place I would seek to spend my money at. We were celebrating december birthdays of our 45+ Meetup group members. It was a little confusing in the beginning since people came in at different times. But our waiter Derek saved the evening, he was professional, although we gave him a hard time ordering at different times, water, drinks, cocktails, food, he kept on smiling. Btw the place was packed.Talking about the food, we took advantage of the happy hour , which is a great value and then omg they have $ 1,-- Long Island Iced tea (one dollar) during the month of december, all day. Yeah I had a couple because I was not driving and they were delicious, so were the chicken wings asian style. Premium margaritas $ 3.95, I think there are about 3 in that big shaker. Then came the time to pay, Derek asked to give him 10 minutes because it was a mess. He did it in 5 and had all our separate bills ready for the 15 of us. This guy deserves a day off! My husband and I live fairly close to this location and have just tried it out. We ordered margaritas but we're not impressed. The drinks were over priced and mediocre. The food was expensive for what is was. The waitress was very busy which we believe made her agitated towards the guests (us). We also had our order messed up by the waitress our first time ordering. We won't be back. We recommend Olive Garden over here any day that's even cheaper and much more accommodating. read more

We generally eat at Applebee's. ALWAYS got great food and Service in the Nashville, TN area.. We were GREATLY disappointed in this particular restrauant on Mission. My husband's food looked as if it sat for a long time on the heating shelf... My fish and fries was SATURATED with grease.. I squeezed it and Grease DRIPPED from it.. My husband's pasta dish was to come with a bread stick, which the waitress said she would bring him one soon as they got out of the oven.. he never did get it. The BASS from the music Thumped through your bodies so bad and it the music was so loud you could not have a conversation acroos the table with each other. My husband complained to the management... They picked up the tab and their district sent a dinner voucher WHICH we used on Valentine's Day at the NORTHSIDE Applebee's where we have ALWAYS got good food and Service. Went to Applebee's 1:30 in the afternoon today. I ordered the Cornbread Chicken Salad. Service was good and order was received as requested. Food was well prepared and presented. Only shortcoming was dressing. A quick thin squirt once around the plate. Portion control at this and other chains is going to extremes to save a penny. Next time I want a salad it is unlikely to be Applebee s; probably Connelly's on Sprague. read more

Avoid getting seated with Laura B. She is extremely rude and has an unbelievably horrible attitude. We are regulars at this location & make the same order every time. Never have we had this many issues with an order before. First she disappeared for a while and we had 2 different servers bring our appetizers and salads. Then we had to flag a third waiter down to bring forks since she left us staring at our food for a good 5 minutes. When the steaks came around, non were marked (they were all to be at different levels of doneness) and the waiter stated they were all rung in as medium well. (Ummmmmm) I don't understand why? We had specific requests. Food wasn't bad (why we come here) the big issue was when our bills came in. We had a few questions for her & she became extremely rude with remarks such as "but ofcourse they did" to the other couple that left with their card was to be refunded. We then witnessed her making faces and mocking us to her manager by the bar (big guy, blue shirt) very unprofessional. Very rude & doesn't own up to her own mistakes. We spoke to the manager he took our receipts to fix but sent her back with the "correct" receipt and full of attitide. Her words "here's your receipt with the discounts your requested!" Discount requested??!! It's your mess up just apologize and we will be happy with that. And the fact that the manager never apologized nor followed up to make sure everything was squared away is ridiculous. I wish the other manager (older gentleman) was back. He was always checking up on everyone in the restaraunt issue or not. read more

We have gone to Applebee's a few times over the past 10 years, and each time we are very disappointed. We don't go often enough and usually forget how underwhelmed we were. We received a gift card recently, so we gave it another try. If you go into your local Applebee's expecting fastfast food quality food with a full bar, then you probably won't be disappointed. Tonight we ordered a wide variety of foods for the whole family. Most of them were less than delicious. The fish and chips were awful, spinach and artichoke dip were awful, are the green beans were awful. Mashed potatoes and salad were both good, so I guess there is that. We definitely won't be back, unless for some reason we forget how awful it was again. If you want a quality meal out, Applebee's is not the place. There are many other sitdown restaurants in the Spokane area that offer higher quality food for the same or less money. It surprises me that this business is still around with such consistently terrible food. Sorry to be so harsh, but it's true. read more

The worst experience ever. Its all started as soon as we walked in, the hostess kepts ignoring me and my sister in law, keepts letting everyone go thru while she keeped looking straight at us. When she( her name was cora) finally asked us for how many people, she said it would be 20-25 mins which was exactly at 8:18 when she told us that, we came back at 8:35 and she told us that we lost our spot and that now we had to wait again, my brother in law has chronicle back pain and cant stand long. He also needs a booth, we told her we need ur manager , so she closed the door right infront of the older couple that was walking out of the restaurant, when a manager came up, he was so polite and seated us in a min or two. we got the best server, was very nice and quick and friendly. This bust table girl was cleaning the table next to us and dropped everyhting on the floor! My brother made a coment how horrible people work here and she heard him and came up to our table(angilica) started telling us how we need to not talk about her like that and asked us if we know her Em brother Leka, we answered yes and she replied Good You Should Know Him, like it was a threat, when we called the manager back she ran to him and started crying to him.
