Fui na Apple villlage mall hoje comprar um Iphone para dar de presente. Depois que a vendedora informou que o modelo não era vendido por eles. Passou a nos tratar com um nojo e descaso. Comprei em dezembro um Mac novo, fui muito bem atendido. Ficaram mais de 1 hora para explicar tudo. Hoje me senti nas Casas Bahia. I went to the store today to have them takeoff. My cracked screen, protector, or screensaver. They took mine off then they put one on my phone. It wasn't right they took it off. They took another one they put it on my phone. They took it off. It wasn't right then they tried to third time and they told me if they could get it right they were gonna give me my money back so then I talked to the manager and I asked him if they would just leave the one on there that had it a big air bubble in it and give me my money back so I would have a screen protector on my phone so my brand new iPhone 15 Pro Max phone wouldn't get scratched and he said no I was so upset so disappointed and I'm just telling you do not let them try to put a screen protector on your phone because you'll just waste your time and you'll be upset. They took mine off. They couldn't put a new one on properly and so I left the store. I told the manager that I was very unhappy with them and that I was gonna leave a review and that's why I'm leaving this review. They are totally incompetent when it comes to putting a screen protector on your iPhone could've refunded my money they could've left the one on there that had a big air bubble, and I would've been satisfied with that until I got back to the United States and then went to the Apple Store Irvine and had them take off that one and put a new one on and also the fact that it was over $100 American money, which is twice as much as it would've been in the United States I just want everybody to know that they are totally incompetent when it comes to putting a screen protector on don't let them touch your phone read more

You know the price is high but the sellers are more than glad to help you with whatever you need. They are not paid by commission, so they don't try to kick you out to sell more. You can find the best headphones/headsets from the best brands in the world here (not only Apple's).
