While I found those easily enough, waiting for a checkout in the middle of the day on a Saturday ended up taking 15 minutes, with a clueless clerk working on what was clearly a more difficult case with the man ahead of us, and instead of asking him to stand aside for a few minutes and knocking out all of us in line, chose to simply sigh into the telephone. Just remember "customer service" and "Italian" don't go together in the same sentence, that you're in a wonderful old historic town, and then breathe. You'll be fine. :-)
