She shows her love for each and every kid no matter what their situation is. She is understanding and supportive, but very very business oriented. She has great people working there and seems to cull out the ones that think they want to be there but really don't. She stays on top of her game always and my children have had an advantage because of that. My kids would not go anywhere else and love to see Ms. Carol and other staff people out in public. They never seem to turn away from my children and always show them respect and love. I just can't say enough good things about this place. The price is great, the food is always delicious, and it always smells and looks fresh and clean.

First, it is not appropriate to write or draw on a 2 yr. old. Secondly, kiss me is not appropriate to tell or write on someone's child. I went to the manager who was concerned & had no answer. I then asked for a list of names of who watches him each day. Following that I asked if any of them were there & could be talked to. NOTICE I HAD TO INITIATE ALL OF THIS Turns out one of the staff members who watched my son thought it was appropriate to not only draw on my child, but write kiss me with a pair of lips along with what may or may not have been another inappropriate drawing underneath that. Absolutely ridiculous. He had other incidents where he hurt himself, not badly, but we figured things like that happen to kids. This however we could not ignore.I asked to be notified of the disciplinary action taken in regards to the employee who admitted to these actions. After the manager had a chance to discuss it with the owner, I was told that there would be a write up signed for her permanent file & that I probably still had a hard time accepting it because of what I thought the "guitar" drawing was initially. This is the first daycare my daughter was excited to attend but also began to thrive quickly. This is her home away from home while we work. One very important this to me is also that they let your child be who they are. That is different than I've seen of the other good daycares in the area. They also have a fantastic learning program for the kids to make it fun and interactive. They have great communication when something doesn't go as planned (falling, etc). They also go way out of their way to make things better if they can. Here's an example of how they go above and beyond: When several kids went through a biting stage, they changed up the classroom size to 4 or 5 kids to 1 teacher to allow more focused time with the kids. They implemented plans for playtime to prevent biting incidents. I wouldn't trust any other daycares else with my precious child again.
