You come in and nobody cares about you. There are no signs where to go and nobody acts like he's responsible. The guys on the 2nd floor are very friendly and helpful - that's the 2 stars! I wanted to have my iPhone battery changed, left the phone there for 45 minutes, came back and was told that there is water damage in the phone and no way to change the battery except for replacing the whole iPhone. At home, I ordered a spare battery and took the iPhone apart by myself and - surprise - no water damage at all! Only one of the two bottom screws was a bit corroded, the inner of the iPhone looks like it's new. So I replaced the battery by myself - and saved 35€ Overall a really bad experience, I won't go there again. Unprofessional customer service on the entrance floor and poor maintenance service. That's not the service I suppose when buying such an expensive device. read more

By far the worst Apple Store I ever visited they have a poor sense of customer service!

We found a problem once we checked into our hotel in Valencia. The electric outlet need a round plug with 2 legs, while our iPad and camera chargers are the standard North America plug. Can't put a square pig into a round hole! Just happened that we walked past this Apple Store, we went in to see whether we could buy an adapter. The store manager is very helpful. He logged us in for a 'repaired' appointment (even we didn't make one) and gave us a free iPad charger (just the plugged in part) fit for use in Europe. That saved us 20 Euro. Our iPad problem was solved but we still needed an adapter to charge our camera. He told us to go to the department store just across the street and we found the exact adapter we were looking for in the electronic department. Without his guide, it might take us a bit longer and trouble to find the right place. We are really grateful for his help and kindness. What a nice guy and great customer service! read more
