Applestore, you have a real management issue in this shop. Send someone undercover with an ordinary and average appearance to see for yourself. Your staff are pretty more than the number of costumers, and most of them lack of professional experience and how to deal with costumers. The store is full and congestive of employees who circulate around themselves in circles that includes, long breaks and intervals of talking to each other.
Besides the security staff are very aggressive and very arrogant. I hope you revise your store information and check the number of staff and see if it is relevant to the store area and number of customers served, and check the efficiency of serving with the satisfaction of costumers.
The moment we arrived we asked the person at entrance if we can enter without reservation, he said yes and asked us to stay in the queue.
