I most definitely drink the Apple juice. I am a huge fan of Apple products going back to 1993 when I got my first computer. I love the whole Apple ecosystem. So clean and modern and aesthetically pleasing. I've never seen this place not busy. I was greeted quickly and kindly at the door. I had made a genius appointment on the Apple Store app. Selecting my store and then I made a reservation. If you are going to just walk in and get your device looked at right then there would be some kind of miracle. You have to make an appointment to be seen BUT I was lucky enough to get a same-day appointment on a Saturday so that's wonderful. I saved my appointment code to my apple wallet that conveniently comes up in your phones notifications when you get to the store if not before. I was early so don't try to check in more than 5 min before your appointment they won't even check you in before that. Once checked in they asked me to wait seated on a cube. The apple genius' always have such patience. I can only imagine the questions they receive. Problem was fixed promptly and even offered me new airpod tips because I had destroyed mine. That was very kind. I had overheard a concersation of a salesperson asking what the customer truly uses when it comes to their iPad. They didn't immediately go the latest greatest. They curated the product for them and what they will be happiest with. I think I what I love more than anything I have had so many things fixed here and it's all complementary. Thanks guys! complementary

There is a lot of time you spend waiting here. They are nice and greet you but even with an appointment you will wait longer. Plan on spending some time if you go there and bring a book.

The lovely sales associate did escalate this problem to their manager and their online inventory was fixed. I very thankful for her help but it would have been nice if it was actually there. 2. There is no cart return outside. It's a pain to bring the cart all the way back in store with a child after loading the car, especially in the winter. 3. Many of the customers need to shower more than once a week, and should consider putting on deodorant. Many of them physically STANK. Basic hygiene is lacking for a handful of their customers. Maybe buy PC and get a free degree? Maybe a reward system would be nice to encourage healthy habits.

When I went back to pick up my computer they said they had not moved my files yet so I had to come back later. When I finally got my computer, some files were missing on my new computer. The total service was about $130 and even though a new hard drive probably just cost $80, but my computer was working again, so I was not upset. But then I realize office depot put my credit card on file without my permission, each year I was charged for subscription for tech service $130 and MacAfee $100 (which increased this year). I contacted them for three years and they never solved this problem. I ended up got charged $720 service I never used. Total $850 I could have got a brand new computer instead of a hard drive!

I even went to a podiatrist recently who had records from 20 years ago. All I need to do is say my name. But at Office Depot after 3 weeks they erase you. You don't exist. My printer broke down within a month. I even had bought some insurance for it because I know how printers react to using them. They simply don't work very well after maybe a year maybe a little more this one only lasted about 4 weeks. But when I went back to exchange it They couldn't find me. They believe that I had bought it there. But there was nothing they could do about it because I didn't have a receipt. I get rid of my receipts because you can just keep so much paper even small little receipts. Because every business simply keeps you in their computer. Every business except office depot. They cost me a lot of money. I had to go buy another printer at a place that is reliable.. So I went to Best buy. I just said my name and up popped every transaction I had for the past 20 years. I bought a printer. I bought an insurance policy. I expect to have this printer for a couple of years before it crashes on me. But when I take it back, I'm sure to get a new one.

Several automated emails, texts and information sent that I needed to fill out & respond to in order to ensure the appointment would go swimmingly. As advertised, I get a text the night before the appointment stating the arrival window to be between 1:30 & 5:30pm. Game on. On the day of, a notice arrives that allows you to "see" a closer window for arrival. It suggests that 2:20pm is a likely arrival time. I arrive at the installation location roughly 2:30 anticipating a simple and smooth install and music streaming throughout the home inside of an hour. About 3:30 I attempted to find the screen that shows updated arrival time and the website suggests there is no appointment scheduled. I call and the system states that it appears I am waiting on an appointment and to go to the website for any updates. No texts, no emails received since an early morning text. I call back. Go through the maze of prompts. The unintelligible person on the other end, states that the appointment had been cancelled because the part I bought a week earlier had not arrived. Understanding that I won't be back to music filling the home this afternoon, I suggest to the off-shore "employee" that if the part hadn't arrived, then why the text the night before and note the day of regarding the nice little 4 hour window was still being planned for our friends from GeekSquad (a BestBuy affiliate) later in the day. This prompted or shall I say the computer prompted the "employee" to suggest that I would have received an email with any changes in the process. Yep, sorry but I never did. This was promptly followed by a demand that they cancel the entire order and that I indeed will wait for the communication to come across showing the refund in full to my account. Lo and behold that came through nearly immediately. So a painless effort of ordering and setting up an appointment online, leads to 3 hours away from productivity and absolutely no progress in fixing the issue. My strong opinion is to never purchase, order, or plan to visit or schedule an appointment with either BestBuy or their service arm GeekSquad. please avoid the pain of attempting to deal with this hometown (I live in Minneapolis) company. Simply a miserable experience. NOT A BEST BUY. Unfortunately difficult to give less than a 1star rating.

My brother was bedridden in a care center. His computer was his link to the world. He had it picked up to be worked on by Data Doctors because it had a lose connection with the power cord and several weeks later, it was returned totally useless. The thing he needed fixed was not fixed and a gazillion more things were wrong with it. He got nowhere with them. The ancient loaner laptop they provided to him had all pirated software. Yes, it tells you that and I know it because I still have this. They did not appear to want it back, I suppose knowing they destroyed his other very expensive laptop they felt he would need something. We got him a new laptop. I remember when all of this was going on and I wanted to take over and go directly to this company and demand they repair the damage they did or replace his laptop, but my brother wanted to handle things on his own. Sadly, he just got screwed. Who does this to a man they know is bedridden? This place is the best, the staff are all very friendly and caring and the teachers care a lot about the kids and make sure they have a great time every day. They have an app you download and they fill it with pictures of the kids doing activities and eating/sleeping updates. They have the kids do art and send it home for the parents sometimes. They do outdoor time when weather permits, swim day, etc. Kinderberry has an advantage over other daycares because they have their own formula, food, diapers, wipes, etc so you don't need to drop that off each day for them, it's included in your tuition. It is pretty spendy, but you definitely get what you pay for so it's worth it. Highly recommend!

There are tons of amazing toys and materials to foster children's curiosity and development. Kinderberry's biggest strength, though, lies in its staff and teachers. Jodi, the center director, works well parents and teachers to make sure every child receives "whole child care." We're always greeted with smiles when we walk in the door. Our children have been nurtured with smiles, praise, and, when necessary, kind but firm corrective guidance. The teachers are patient, kind, positive people who truly love children. Kinderberry also has a wonderful nurse on site who has helped to keep our kids feeling well and taught them about some basic anatomy and health topics. Each day at Kinderberry is filled with fun for our children. They do group activities to learn to work together with their classmates and they have individual play time. Their rooms are filled with wonderful materials - toys, a sensory table that the teachers regularly change, imaginative play centers, a computer, reading nooks, etc. The teachers have led both of our children through age appropriate lessons on letters (recognizing and writing them, word families, etc.), reading and writing, numbers and basic math concepts (measurement, correspondence, etc.). Lessons for a week revolve around a theme, which keeps the kids engaged and excited to learn. Our kids usually come home with art projects they have made with their class or on their own at one of the centers. Kinderberry also offers some wonderful extras we haven't found elsewhere - weekly Fit for Kids (physical fitness program), Spanish, and Music plus a wonderful science curriculum once a month. In the summers they run outdoor classrooms ~once / week. The pre-K room goes on field trips about once per month to extend their learning outside of the center. My mom, a former elementary school principal, has been very impressed by this curriculum. Perhaps more importantly, our children have really grown socially at Kinderberry. The teachers have encouraged them both to make new friends and helped to set up situations to foster their relationships with their peers. We're hearing more and more about their friends at home and having more and more playdates which is really exciting as a parent. We highly recommend Kinderberry Hill - Plymouth to all families.
