I went in on a Monday afternoon to get a prescription for pain medication. Not only was the prescription filled in less than 5 minutes, but it only cost 16.65 chf WITHOUT insurance! Pharmacist Alexandra Wyss refused to fill this RX at 3 PM even though the assistant stated Ms. Wyss had the perogitive to do so. He had to rush and spend 40 Euros to take the train to Interlaken and there did get the RX filled at a different pharmacy. He was asking for a refill of an antibiotic not an opiod and find this to be an abuse of authority or worse incompetence by not knowing the implications of an untreated condition such as MRSA.
