Thats the only word for it. The bread always seems somewhat soggy, the chicken is grey and never actually feels all that warm. Its the only eaterie on an out of town retail park however so it hs a captive audience of people eating the turgid food. Personally, i'd suggest you stretch your legs a little and either walk into town, or take a quick jog across the road to the 2 very decent chippies.
