We've been on the hunt for a solid year or more for the right bike upgrade. This one fell in our lap a few days ago & these guys were fabulous to work with. It's a 6-7 hour drive for us, a lot of places have sold items out from under us because we couldn't get there fast enough but not here. Even with the bad weather ending with them closing, they pulled the bike aside as a courtesy & sent the needed paperwork via email. Once they re-opened Friday, we touched base & were able to seal the deal Sat! In other words we were able to make our tentative arrangements via phone, then come in once the weather lifted - do a visual check & sign off on the already prepared forms. Been dealing with this place for Afew months now and let me tell you after going to "atleast" a dozen Bike dealers this is the one to go to Hands down. So I ordered a 2017 CVO Street Glide... If you go here you gotta get Amber in the clothing for help as she is second to none on knowing her stuff. She will get you hooked up with what looks good on you as well as the perfect fit each and every time that is. Johnny and Chad are Great guys in service to deal with thus far as well. I have to admit, after dealing with the incompetent scam-artists that are HD dealers in the metro area, I was prepared to be disappointed once again. But dealing with Apol's in Alex was wonderful. The sales guy I dealt with, Gavin, was 100% on the ball. All my requests were honored, I never had to repeat myself about anything...once was enough. The deal we worked over email was what I needed, and was honored exactly to the penny and was setup in advance when I showed up to sign, no games, just sign exactly what you asked for. The bike was prepped and ready for me to trailer out of there on schedule. I was in and out of the dealership trailer'ing it away in 90 mins including trade-in evaluation. All the while having great interactions with all the staff. They're all friendly and go all out to make you feel welcome. Lots of little (and some not so little) after-care bennies have been trickling in the mail since then which are nice to see too. I'd unreservedly recommend these guys for all your HD needs. read more

Just paid cash for a 2012 Sportster, 1800+ miles on the OD...clutch discs burned out after only 2 days (20 miles, approx 1.5 hrs of riding in town).... $350 for Apos to repair. They said the drive train was covered under the 30, found out that did not include clutch (the thingy at the very core of the drive train, the part that makes the drive train a train)....mechanic says it's my fault, says I likely rode the clutch. Nope. This was my first HD, so maybe I did break it, just learning to ride. Just like driving manual, was a very smooth ride at first. Conclusion; They either sold me a piece of junk or Harley Davidson products are just crap in general. They clearly do not back up their product, likely for the aforementioned reasons. Can't afford $350 every 20 miles, so just going to sell it, not even going to ride it home when I pick it up. read more

I made an appointment to see a bike that I intended to buy. I was assured by the sales staff that the bike was in great shape, road ready, had no issues, and I came with cash in hand. Three days later I showed up to find a bike that had no working headlight, no passing lights, one working turn signal, the bottom of the bike looked like it had been painted with grease front to back, one saddle bag was ready to fall off, front brake was like pulling on a brick, passing light pushed in against the forks like it had been laid down on both sides, and oil not seeping but dripping from the primary inspection cover. The only thing the bike had going for it was the carefully aimed photos on the internet site of the dealer. I wasted 5 hours of my time and my friends time on our only Saturday day off from work in 6 months to find a piece of junk that I would only buy as salvage. I've had friends tell me how much they like and trust this particular dealership. This is why I sought out this Apols Alexandria dealership for my next bike. I felt I could trust them. Turns out that I can't trust them at all. This would not have been my first Harley and I am not overly picky. I like evo bikes and can accept the issues that come with older bikes but his was a joke.
