I called for two months to verify that they were going to come out and drop off the tank. They then called me to verify they were going to show up but guess what they never did but they did send me an text stating they were coming the next day. They didn't show up that day either. If you want to be a professional company, you should act like it. Thanks for not showing up. I guess it's gods way of saying I don't want to do business with you. read more

This is my first time as a propane customer and it has been nothing but lip service coupled with no service. Upon my first fill up which took more than 2 weeks to get. Mind you in in a home that had not been occupied for some time and the tank was low. It was Summer so we grilled outside and minimized usage. I was told field technicians would periodically check to see if I needed a fill up of course this NEVER happened. As the days got colder and the tank got lower I called for a fill up this took an inordinate amount of time so I once again had to minimize propane use. Finally I got the propane in November the lip service team told me it should last until February and no "field technicians" checked my levels. I started smelling propane thought I may have a leak still unsure what was going on I call for "service" I get the run around and run out of propane I while heartedly agreed to pay the extra cost of leak checking of course they have to add extra on to the bill since it got low I can understand that however I'm then told I must pay a huge emergency fee if I want propane in less than 2 weeks! It's cold and I'm just a single mother small business owner trying to get by. Did I mention before they decided to tell me the exsorbinant fees they said they would see if they had one on these so called technicians may be in the area and I should wait for them to get back to me on a tech in the area NO call whatsoever I call back for hours later and am told of the ridiculous added emergency charges I simply can not afford. I'm beginning to think they just sub contract deliveries and actually have no "field technicians". Now I have to rely on my actual reliable utility of electricity to run space heaters. At least when I've had electrical issues they are affable and have help free of charge. NOT APOLLO PROPANE they are just a joke. Unfortunately I'm stuck with this horrible company, at least I can warn others to consider more honest and reliable choices for propane. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Now my son and I get to freeze until they decide to solicit someone to help me.​ read more

Their customer service used to be excellent. The drivers are extremely friendly and helpful, but the office manager is extremely rude, condescending, and interrupts continuously. I do not recommend this company because they change their so called policies from one day to the next and absolutely refuse to work with you on any issues. They also take your payment but then they don't credit your account so the driver won't fill your tank because it shows there is a balance due. They have done that to me twice now and their excuse is problems with their new high tech software. I don't believe that for a minute because it takes people to run the software....poor management all the way around! read more

Apollo Propane has THE BEST customer service and are one of the most efficient companies I have ever worked with. Their personal care is incredible and the ease of working with them made this transaction a delight. Each time I called, Kristin's kind helpfulness walked me through my questions and explained each item of concern on an inspection report thoroughly. Not only have they done an amazing job with quick service for propane but Bobby replaced the hot water heater, converted the kitchen range from Natural gas type to LP gas, serviced the furnace and did amazing work in time for the house to sell. They were responsive, respectful, gave us consistent updates so we were in the know on the status of the job and were reasonably priced. Apollo Propane and Bobbie's HVAC services are FABULOUS!!!! He and Kristin are a fantastic team. We are very pleased and beyond satisfied with Apollo Propane. read more

Worst service ever. Never on time and its only when they wanna come out. U gotta call 10 days in advanced. They dont carr if you have no gas cuz they will charge you a fee. This place sucks read more
