I'm here on business and the screw fell out of my frames. I searched for the closest optometrist and found this place. It's easy to find and nearby several other optical stores. The women working the front desk greeted me. I asked if she spoke English to which she let out a big sigh and said only a little. It was quite funny. I showed her my frames and where the screw had come undone. She said no problem and promptly took them to the back. A couple minutes later she returned with them completely fixed. They had these sterilization baths for the glasses and she put them through and wiped the lenses. When I asked how much they said no charge. I know several places often do these types of things complimentary but I greatly appreciated it especially being in a foreign country and not able to speak German. I had some shopping that day so I picked up a box of chocolates and dropped them off for the staff when I was heading back. Other than the service, the place is quite large and well light. They have a wide selections of frames and sunglasses. I could see an optometrist working in the back. Seems like the place I'd go if I lived here and needed new glasses -- especially after my positive, albeit brief, experience there. read more

Also ich muß hier mal was loswerden vor zwei Jahren hab ich mir bei Apollo zwei Brillen ( eine Normale eine Sonnenbrille ) und für meinen Sohn eine Brille gekauft WERT weit über 500 EUR Der Empfang war Super die Beratung mit einem Angebot von Getränken Klasse bis hierhin alles genial Dann Erfolgt die Abholung und man wird nur noch abgefertigt vor zwei Jahren sagte der Angestellte das er die Arschkarte gezogen hätte,da er drei Brillen anpassen mußte ich hab vor Entzetzten leider meinen Mund nicht aufbekommen schade meinerseits So heute zwei Jahre später ich brauche eine Neue Brille alles wie am Anfang Super Service klar lasse ja auch genug Geld da Abholung gleich Abfertigung Denke das war mein letzter Besuch bei Apollo und ne neue Brille brauche ich bestimmt noch mal read more
