He came on time and was able to diagnose the problem in about 5 minutes; the fan that was supposed to be cooling the motor had gone bad. He was able to look up the part on the spot and give me a quote to get it ordered and changed out. He gave me some options to either repair it or it may be more worth my while to replace the refrigerator; he left it up to me and wasn't pushy at all. I decided to have him go ahead and order the parts and repair rather than replace. He told me the parts were coming from Oahu so it would take a few days for them to get here. Once they arrived he called to let me know and set up an appointment for the install. Again he was on time for the install, showed me the old part, showed me the new part after he installed it and before he put the covers back on. He also gave me some pointers to help keep everything running as best as possible to help with longevity. His pricing was more than fair and I would not hesitate to recommend him to any of my family and friends.

I said I was pissed off and this was bullshit and then he tells My Husband that since I'm cursing that he would have to charge for the repairs instead of doing them for free as he stated from the beginning. It doesn't matter the charge to me. it matters that the job is done and done, right. Not sending a carpenter who has no clue what he's doing to a plumbers repair.
