He was also personable, and I found out that he is a Microsoft Partner and offers a lot of services (I wrote them down), aside from computer restoration, like networking, products, GDPR, HIPPA compliance, Forms, Teams, Virtual desktops, Networking switches, Routers, and more. ChatGPT and Perplexity did not help correct the problem with all of the information they provided. This was my last chance, hoping not to buy a new IPad. He worked on it for about 20 minutes clearing all the open Apps, shutting it down and reopening it, and other Magic operations.
