They treat you like family its such a personal experience every visit. Dr Wells is superb in her skills and knowledge in alternative treatments. My husband back in August had to go to a vascular doctor because he had a toe with a diabetic ulcer and he had to have good blood flow so Houston Vascular did a ultra sound on both his legs and they claimed one leg was 100 percent blocked. My husband received 4 Blood Ozone Therapy and 4 IV Chelation Treatments. In September the orthopedic surgeon wanted his legs checked before surgery and recommend Davis Vascular in Kingwood so we went and they did a ultrasound on his legs and both legs were CLEARED!! Dr Wells and her team are DYNAMIC. The nurses and our patient advocate are truly angels we just love them. The treatments he received worked in clearing out the blockage in his legs. The laser treatment improved my pain but not nearly as much as a different chiropractor I attended later. I signed a contract for one price. Then was billed to care credit for 3 times that price. After she's done with you she takes you to see Brenda her office manager, who goes over any supplements you may get including how to use them properly. You will also schedule your next appt then. They don't accept Zelle (I found that out as I took off without my wallet AGAIN) but they do have tap pay---- not sure if that's the right phrase. This speaks volumes about his skills because I am a very picky client and I've had a lot of experience. Chiro/Acupuncture: After my massage I see Dr. Riley for chiro and acupuncture. She uses a variety of methods depending on what I need that day. It's not a boxed protocol like what you get at other places, it's a specialized service for my exact needs. Sometimes she applies E-stim, other times a cold laser....the other day the mechanical bed stretched me out.... it was amazing. I have been to several acupuncture places with actual Chinese doctors practicing authentic TCM....this place is way more professional, much cleaner and nicer and everything is brand new, and my sessions here are much more effective. I always feel like a million bucks after my sessions with her and I strongly recommend this place over the others. I sleep better, I feel better mentally, my digestion is better, I feel balanced. And not only is she a miracle worker, I absolutely adore her!!! She is funny and kind and very sharp. She really listens to her patients and truly cares about them. Functional: I see Dr. Clouthier....and wow what an incredible doctor he is!!! He is super knowledgeable, experienced and explains things to me in such great detail and makes sure that I understand. This is a doctor that actually spends time with you, listens to you and genuinely wants to help you. That is so rare these days. Anywhere else you'll be pushed through the system like a number and not understanding how to navigate or take charge of your health. Here, I feel very comfortable. As a woman, typically I don't feel comfortable with male doctors, I strongly prefer to go to female doctors, but with Dr. Clouthier I felt very much at ease. Yes it is somewhat expensive out of pocket to go here not covered by insurance, but it's all 1000% worth it. Without your health you have nothing. I love to invest in my health in any way that I can. All of the staff members are so incredibly helpful and kind. They are always so warm and welcoming. They always check to see if your insurance will cover anything even if there's a low likelihood they will still do the work and check. And they always tell you how much stuff costs ahead of time if you ask. And I love the waiting room with the cheerful chalkboard art and wellness literature. I love that they are very spiritual and all about natural healing. It is all aligned with my personal beliefs. While I do believe conventional medicine has its many valuable uses, I still believe we are generally meant to be self-healing. Everyone at this practice really wants to get to the root cause and heal whatever is ailing you. They treat you like family and I feel right at home here.
