I was hoping to have a more traditional greek cuisine. However I think the flavors were a bit toned down. Not too much oregano, garlic paprika for example. Maybe it's toned to French taste. read more

Very nice small Greek family restaurant. Typical Greek food w a nice terrace and tasty wines. The service is "ok", depending on who's serving you. Felt weird when was asked by the waiter if it was the only thing that I was ordering and that I may want to order something else right now. Pushy pushy advices . Well, guess what I didn't order more stuff (but the desert later). The calamari dish was more than enough for the "lil me" :) Would recommend this place. read more

Delightful Greek/Mediterranean restaurant hidden away in a small city square. Excellent tzatziki!

Do not be deceived by the name Aphrodite, the food is not beautiful. I love Greek food, but this place is not only nothing special, but also bland. Their terrace is really atmospheric, but only because of the beautiful church backdrop. It doesn't compensate for the boring food and unspeakably neglectful service (ignoring 40 minutes? easy!). The dessert could be best described as wasting high quality ingredients by soaking them in cheap sugar syrup until everything tastes like a can from the supermarket read more
