I'm disappointed to be leaving this review, but I feel like people should be aware of my experience…read moreso it doesn't happen to them. Back in April I went to Wakemans to purchase 3 white hydrangea plants. They only had two in stock, but promised they would order the last one for me. Excited, I purchased the two places to for $90 each and planted them. The woman who helped me was very knowledgeable but did scold an employee in front of me, which was very awkward. A couple weeks later I called to follow up on the other plants and she hadn't ordered it. I called again, once a week, for the next couple weeks and the owner called me back, great right! Well he told me they no longer could get the plant from the grower, well no shit it's been weeks now, but told me he would call to see what he could do. I NEVER heard back from him after reaching out multiple times. Like really?! I'm a new home owner with a big gardening project and I would have bought more plants in the future. But wait.. there's more here. So my hydrangeas bloomed and guess what, one isn't the right plant! It's a pink flower. I texted this information to the owner and yet again, no response. No I have 2 of the 3 plants I wanted, one isn't even the right plant, and they have done NOTHING to reconcile my experience. I hate to be the person to go on Facebook and leave a review, but without a method of actually talking to this establishment I figured this was the only way for other people to be aware of the lack organization and follow up with their customers, especially after I paid a premium for the wrong plant. Lastly I was referred to this place being told they had great plants, great employees, etc. I'm sad I didn't have that experience because if it went differently I would have been a lifelong customer. So beyond disappointed!! Pictures of plants and labels are in the comments.

I had a wonderful experience working with Ben at Woven Art Studio to install a runner in my home…read more Ben was very responsive and communicative and especially patient with me as we had many iterations of looking through samples and changing my mind before finally deciding on a runner as well as binding material and color. Ben provided valuable guidance and expertise in differentiating between fabrics, designs and manufacturers. He was also very fairly priced as I spoke with multiple other stores as well. On the day of installation, Ben was hands-on making sure to oversee the installation and provide further input. He was even able to utilize leftover material for an additional staircase and 2 area rugs in my home! I will continue to recommend Ben and Woven Art Studio to my friends, colleagues and clients!

I have been looking for a good place to go since I…read moremoved to Woodbury as my two previous experiences with tractor repairs took about 6 weeks and cost over $700. In desperation I went back to one of the local places that said it was not worth fixing as there was a rust hole about the size of a quarter. I dropped it off at Judson's to fix a broken pully and it was done in 3 days. Not only did he fix the broken pully but put a plate in where the rust had been, painted the deck and put a new belt on for less then $300. Utterly amazing compared to my previous two experiences.

STOP!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CARL AND DANBURY TOPSOIL…read more Carl and I agreed to 14 yards of screened Top. He delivered in the rain. Couldn't inspect the product before use. He delivered less than 14 yards of unscreened fill. Dirt is gray, full of stones ranging from 1"-3" in diameter and GLASS! I pulled well over 100 pieces of glass out of the dirt he delivered. I saved every piece. (picture pending). He knew I was building a yard for my 3-year-old son and STILL SOLD ME GLASS-filled dirt. Carl refuses to do anything about it. Told me to "break the glass with a hammer" that "it's NE." Sure, I expect a few pieces of glass here and there when buying that much dirt but not 100s. Not pieces 3" long, the bottom half of beer bottles, and what looks like a shatter vial. Oh, and there's metal in here too. Like 6" pieces of it and broken pieces of pottery. The bad part is there is no customer service contact if there is an issue. You deal with the rep only. Our cabinets and refrigerator cabinet were measured prior to ordering. We were told that it would take 3-4 weeks. Our order was placed the second week in January when we paid. It was close to 3 months before all cabinets arrived. Granted, we had a rough winter which caused some delay but the timeframe was ridiculous. One cabinet was not the right size and had to be reordered. It was almost 4 months before we could start our kitchen. When building the refrigerator cabinet half way through building it the size seemed off. Our refrigerator dimensions were provided and we were told it would fit. A good 8 inches of it was visible. Nothing was done when we called about it. The valance over the sink was not the correct size either and that took over a month to get the correct size. While you will get a good price and a good product if there is an issue that is another story. We had to buy and build our own refrigerator enclosure after we paid for the one we ordered. Was not refunded anything. I hate writing a poor review but people need to know that if you have any issue with the product you are out of luck. Would love to upload a few pictures but don't see an option to do so.
