Dr Tuan and his staff have been patient and phenomenal in my process. It's the best referral from the hospital I could have been given. Dr Tuan really listened to my needs, issues and concerns. Recommended an MRI, thank god he did because I wasn't healed as previously told by another, was actually in pain for months, working for hours full time on my feet barely able to walk. I was able to get my MRI, have surgery and the next day after healing was night and day for my swelling leg. The swelling that I had for over 6 months in my knee was gone! I can't thank Dr Tuan enough for helping me I'm still in the healing/recovery process but I'm already happy with my results. Every office visit I've had the wait is decent. I called in and the same girl at the front desk once again looked at my chart, said she remembered me, and that yes it was only $50 each visit so I should contact my insurance. I did, they said she misunderstood. I am now on the hook to pay the additional $436, which ends up being more than cash pay. No help was given other than a "payment plan". It feels like fraud to me.
