In the process our custom floating stairs were gouged and damaged. The installer was decent enough to own that and advised we call the office to see what could be done. We were not looking for some exorbitant payout but something as this will be a multi thousand dollar expsense to fix. They told us to pound sand and that such things are par for the course. They only installed Half of the line , leaving my home to continue to back up. They also dug it up in the middle of the winter and left 4feet of dirt along a side walk un protected. The dirt kept washing onto my side walk causing my tenents to vacate the home. The basement contiued to back up because the installed pipe was shorted. The contract was from the town hook up to the foundation witch was well short of that .
